GoPestTech was able solve our mice problem with one visit! The technician found where they were getting in and successfully blocked them. Plus, he placed 5 rodenticides in strategic places. We have not seen any more evidence of mice. Thank you, GoPestTech!

Lorne was helpful, polite, and informative on my call. He actually came out the same day that I called and sprayed for a growing bee problem I was having. He knew what was happening before he arrived, found the problem in minutes and was on his way. Will be my first call next time any bugs give me a problem!

1st: Family owned business 2nd: This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a business! Lorne was so patient with me, while I was freaking out about there being rodents in our house. Not only was he extremely good at what he does, he also took the time time to share some of that knowledge with me (which put me at ease). 3rd: Not only do I recommend Go Pest Tech, I would make this the only call for any pest extermination! I do not say that lightly... we called several other businesses before we came to his (just going down the line in a internet search), and it was frustrating as to how many other companies tried to up-sell and tell me that this would be a long process (and I'm quoting them "months to a year"). By the time I called Go Pest Tech, I was already panicking. He even took the time on that call to put me at ease and was able to come the next morning. He advised it may take up to 2 weeks (not months or a year), but I can officially say that it only took 1 week for us to rid ourselves of mice and a shrew that made our house theirs. If you made it through my story of my experience with Go Pest Tech and are still reading... don't bother calling any other Pest Control places but them.

He knows more, he's got more experience, he charges better prices, he stands behind his work, and he has strong customer service skills. I called up a bunch of businesses in the area for a consultation on a bed bug issue and GoPestTech got back to me IMMEDIATELY. They talked to me on the phone for 40 minutes and took the time to talk shop with me and answer every single one of my questions. With that kind of customer service it's easy to see why he has been in business for 4 decades and is able to thrive against major national spray-and-pray corporations that have come into his town to compete. There's no chance I'll go anywhere else than GoPestTech for my extermination needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoPestTech was very quick to respond to my inquiry and Lorne was able to come out the next day to treat the bee nests around our house.
