Unreliable to the point they're practically all scam... We had the 360 deal and getting service was like pulling teeth

Was a Customer for almost 2 years. I noticed an increase of insects around my home and contacted the company to ask when they last treated. They gave me the dates and times but after a review of security footage there was no Batzner. Dishonest company. Beware.

would never use them again! paid $227 to spray for ants and they are to come back 3 times if i still see ants that was on 3/9. called batzner back 3/23 and the guy was giving me a hard time about having to come back after 14 days to spray again said i needed to wait cuz the ants will take the stuff to their nest. i think that is BS cuz i have more ants in the house then EVER! when i asked the guy if i need to move things away from the base boards he said no and just sprayed inside around things even in the basement. then he told me i needed to seal up the bottom of the patio doors. well that CAN'T be done cuz they are slider doors! would have been better off just getting bug spray at hardware store!!
