Update. They finally showed up. Quoting 5 to 8 thousand to find my squirrel problem. I called ELITE PEST control. Their quote. 1,698$. Terminix kills is nothing more than a scam. The bait traps were empty. And they come every 3 months. A JOKE 4 no shows. No calls. They're a joke. Every time I call and ask what happens. I got different answers. Since posting my original review, they have been very responsive & even came out to do an extra ant treatment when requested. We haven’t had issues with ants since that treatment. Terrible customer service. I loved them for a year but this fall I’ve had 2 no call no shows and received a call in between those to say they were headed to my barns to clear them of rodents. I don’t any barns so they are about to be dropped. I have a third appointment set up today and pretty sure they won’t show??? Also, not having any local contact numbers for customers to call when there are issues is ridiculous! I want Ryan back because he was a great tech!
