This is a great company to work with if you have some kind of pest problem. Dylan was great to work with on my bee problem. He was professional and explain everything in detail on solving my problem. I would highly recommend them to everybody on any pest problem you may have.

We had a ONE TIME treatment from this company in July 2025. We sold our home in Sept 25, them suddenly got notification that they were coming for another "treatment". I notified them that we no longer owned the home and had only had a "1 time treatment". Well, they still treated the home and billed our credit card for the treatment. IN NOVEMBER???? I called and the office assured me that they would remove our billing from their system and reimburse our credit card... A week later, we still have not gotten credit!! No fault of Eric's... this is NOT good customer service. Cannot recommend this company!

Paid and still had wasps. Also they sprayed and charged us outside of the time we wanted. There are no wasps in the fall lol. I think we will find a new service.

We have very mixed feelings on this service. The people we have dealt with have been friendly and we did seem to have less issues with box elder bus and some other insects but it seems expensive and communication is poor. There are many texts but they don’t mean much. First time they didn’t do the areas we had been told they would do. This last time they cancelled the scheduled time for weather issues ( which is reasonable) but then despite their message that we would get 48 hours notice, they just popped in unannounced. We haven’t got a good explanation from them on why they do it in late fall and winter other than that some people like it done.then. It’s hard for me to evaluate the person who provided the service because I’ve never been present when they came, largely because of not coming on the originally scheduled days.

They Promised me service on one day I took 3 hours off of work waiting for them to show up they never showed up. Eventually 17 days later they did show up. I agree to the service which is my mistake. Not only do they not perform their services I still have to hire somebody to come in and spray for spiders. Once I get my bill turns out they're going to bill me for twice as much as what they initially quoted. Of course they guarantee their work but the only real guarantee is you will get ripped off and of course now that I found my proof I Promise Day of Service they don't want to talk to me

I canceled my service after speaking to a human being. They still showed up and card they left in the door showed an invalid email address. The phone number was not even in use. I notified the BBB so never use them.

He did a half ass job. He didn't spray at all around the windows and he walked just one pass through our yard with a hand held spreader, so about one foot of our yard was treated. Not happy at all.

One of your employees was spraying without warning and forced us off the property. There was no heads-up, and it felt careless and disrespectful. When asked what he was doing, he responded rudely and didn’t seem to care that we were present and might be exposed, by responding, "This is what I'm here to do." We had to stop our work due to safety concerns. This was careless and unprofessional.
