I tried calling with multiple attempts and voicemails over a week with no return call…ended up going with another local pest control company.

I wish I would have called Brian years ago. I had a big problem with Asian beetles in my basement. I was sweeping up thousands of them every week. My neighbor gave me Brian’s number. He sprayed the outside of my home. Since he sprayed once, I have only found two beetles and they were dead. He was awesome. He was quick and very knowledgeable. I will be using this service again in the fall.

I'm a realtor in WI and had a deal closing at the end of December. On December 24th (Christmas Eve), I was made aware that the lender required a specific pest inspection to approve the loan. Scrambling, I called Brian with Bug Off Pest Control. Within 30 minutes, he called me back (again, on Christmas Eve)! Not only was he knowledgable as to which inspection was needed but for a VERY reasonable, price he had the inspection done on December 27th!
