I called Russell on a Sunday afternoon and made arrangements for him to take care of a large hornet problem in my basement. He came the next day as arranged, arrived on time, took a look at the football size hive in my rafters and got right to it. He sprayed outside first where they had initially gotten in along my air conditioner plumbing and then used a fogging spray on the hive and around the basement to take care of any that had strayed from the hive. For my safety he had me stay outside while he did the basement and he used a hood and mask on his own person. By the next morning there was not a single hornet left alive.
