Arbor Pest Control

Have been using these guys for over a decade. Noticed they weren’t coming around regularly. I call and call. No call back. Sad as they were very attentive until this year.

I’ve been using Arbor Pest Control for over ten years and they are supposed to come quarterly to both of my homes. I have always recommend them to people and paid promptly however over the past two or so years they haven’t been coming regularly until I call and then it’s one excuse or another. They came to my main house in April and were supposed to go to my other house within a week or two. I’ve reached out every couple weeks and they’ve been like ok next week or whatever and it’s one excuse or another. Well it’s July now. So I called to ask if he was ever going to make it out to the house and he was like it doesn’t matter and his phone is hot and may have been intoxicated so I requested to cancel and he said good. I will never refer again. Please use caution.

Arbor Pest has ALWAYS been the best! Super responsive, great customer service, takes care of the problem and continues to come by on a quarterly plan. If we have any issues they’ve always handed it right away and at high quality! I strongly recommend him. They even provide recommendations to help prevent bugs and pests coming inside! Attic, crawl space, concrete slab, they do it all!

Our family has been using Arbor Pest Control for years. They have always been thorough and quick to respond, especially in the event of our rat emergency! They are competitively priced, take the time to answer our questions and give recommendations to prevent further issues with all pests. We will continue to work with Arbor Pest Control!
