I had heat treatment done by these guys through a subcontract. Mike has answered any of my questions and was kind and professional on the phone even when I had some unusual questions. Got charged to replace crawl space hatch. New hatch had gap big enough for rodent to gain entry. Had to pay additional for different company to build new hatch to replace mis measured new hatch. Don’t give these amateurs your hard earned money. Go

Pure Environmental was fantastic to work with. I was in need of removing the cigarette smoke from an apartment unit that had been smoked in for many years. The cigarette tar was thick on everything. They showed up quickly to provide a bid and was able to fit us in immediately. I was shocked at how they were able to removed the cigarette smoke/tar 100%. I highly recommend Pure Environmental.

Pure Environmental was hired to clean a house I just bought of horrible cigarette smell and nicotine stains on the walls and ceilings. The house was awful but these guys are miracle workers! Mike was responsive, answered all my questions, got me on the schedule immediately and was honest. The estimate was more than fair and was less than half of other companies I called. During their work they found a leak and were able to do the mold remediation immediately. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

These guys KNOW their business. The only negative review was from a motorist who claimed she saw erratic driving from this company. That is not a review of this product. It really is misleading and the company says it wasn't even their truck! FOR ME, WHO ACTUALLY HAD SERVICE, TThey educated me and were straightforward about everything. They truly worked hard and were very focused on details small and large. It took 8 hours, two guys and a ton of expensive equipment. The method heats up the affected areas and hold it for 8 hours. No chemicals completely safe. 94% success rate which is fantastic considering how tenacious bedbugs are. They have a 45 day warranty which is the life cycle of any stragglers that may have been missed. I wish I could give them a higher rating. They did a very thorough inspection of the surrounding apartments to make sure that there wasn't any travelers. All good and now my fear of losing control of this problem is over! Thank you very much!
