I've been using eco for some time and over the service is great. One of the things i like the most is when there is a mistake they are quick to rectify it. I live on a lake and have a huge spider issue and sometimes I need a little extra here. They are always considerate and eager to help. Joseph was a w some today and took care of everything needed here. Asked if there were any other issues and promptly takes care of it or advises me . Service area was Gig Harbor. I sadly paid for this service, in retrospect, for 5 years. When I realized that the service probably doesn't benefit much and most of the time do not address the things I had asked for (spider webs on outdoor back patio, etc.) it was time to cancel. After using EcoShield for a year, I tried to postpone their service. I was unemployed and could not afford the cost at that moment. I informed them of that and when I requested the delay. I'd always scheduled at a time when I was available to meet them. They scheduled a day or two later at a time too early even to know they'd arrived.
