McPherson Pest Control

I really like Andres—he is always very polite, friendly, and pleasant to work with. However, I was disappointed that he used the bathroom in our Airbnb guest cottage without asking first (or telling me afterwards). Thankfully, I happened to check the cottage before our guests arrived and caught it. The cottage had already been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for arriving guests, so after he used the toilet, I had to clean and sanitize the bathroom all over again. He also left used toilet paper in the wastebasket. I have no problem with someone asking to use a restroom, but because this is a private Airbnb space that had already been prepared for guests, I really feel he should have asked permission before using the bathroom so that I would be aware that another cleaning would have to be done.

Can't say enough good things about these folks and their service. Been a customer of theirs for almost 5 yrs now and they do what they say they'll do to meet any pest control issues that you're having. Kind, courteous and professional. What more could you ask for?

The tech was super informative! Had a great attitude. A+ company. Every time I called the office they were very helpful and patient with all my questions.

Chris is exceptionally knowledgeable about various aspects of pests, their life cycles, and how that applies to my own property. (He read my home history before he came and could answer my questions well.) He is a pleasant and a helpful person in educating me so I can make the best decisions for my home. I appreciate his efficient manner too!

These are 2 cracker-jack guys doing the service, they're keepers. But, admin can use some help because after setting my original appt, I called back to reschedule. Easy enough- right? It was set + confirmed for 6/16 between 1-3pm. Still, who gives a knock on the door @ 8:45am? Juan. Still in my pj's, I stood there + explained the situation. Of course, he was puzzled. He called admin + found out someone at the office failed to communicate the new info to him. So, RFI (Room for Improvement).
