Hello Erik, You came to inspect our house about a month ago and you gave us lots of good recommendations. We are very grateful for your time and efforts. One of the things you suggested to us was to put some peanuts in each of the two crawl spaces in our attic as a way to monitor for any rat activity. That was a great idea! We did as you suggested and I'm happy to say that after checking the spaces each week for the past four weeks all the of nuts remain! We will now begin checking once a month and hopefully we have the same luck going forward. We did hear the chewing sound one more time since you were here coming from the same area that had prompted our call to you in the first place, but we are trusting that it is not coming from inside the house given that the peanuts have not been eaten. Erik and team were really great at servicing our property. They are patient in explaining the services, answering doubts/questions about treatment options and most importantly, effective. We saw a dramatic reduction in rodent activity on our property. They are on time and professional to deal with it.

Erik recently came to our home to do an inspection of the property and offer solutions for a rat problem in the yard. He spent two hours with me, listening to my concerns, offering options, solutions, advice and specifics on how I might be able to control our problem with preventative measures rather than traditional bait stations or traps. We have a bit of a wildlife sanctuary here, so it was important to me to weigh all of the options and cause the least harm to the environment. He was very kind, very knowledgeable and extremely generous with his time. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Erik and his team are great. Erik is so helpful and his team do a great job. They go above and beyond what is expected.

After months of "treatment" (read: placing traps and catching mice) by some other pest control company, I called up Erik who went above and beyond to finally solve my problem, rather than continuing to trap mice inside, and all of that within the first 2 visits. He completely eliminated my rodent problem which had been bothering us for months. He also went the extra mile to install pea gravel and wire around the entire perimeter of my house to catch any missing spots. Skip the big name company that wants to trap you into monthly payments for trapping, and go to Erik who will *fix* the problem.

Erik serviced our business for years. We hired him after a fire in the neighborhood left rats homeless, and they decided to move into our old building. He did a great job at assessing our needs and coming up with a plan of action. He also tended to service us at off hours which we appreciated. After we hired Erik we had zero issues. Needing to find a pest control expert in a pinch isn't fun, but we recommend him highly and with zero hesitation. He'll always be our first call should the need arise in the future.

My mom was having a horrible smell coming from under her house and wanted me to come over and "fish-out" what ever was dead under there. I told her no way was I going to do that so I decided to call a specialist. As luck would have it, I got a real specialist! My first call to Erik made me feel like I had dialed the right number. It just so happened that he was in the area of my mom's house and could get right to it! Amazing! I called to get Puget Sound Rodent out to my house as I have the smell of a dead rodent in my basement. Eric the owner and I talked and he educated me on the possible situation. To save us money he gave me a few tips and things to do before hiring them. As a business owner myself I respect the honesty and integrity Eric showed. If I have no luck finding this dead rodent I for sure will be calling Eric and his team. We need more company owners like Eric!
