These guys are always polite and kind, quick on their response and effective in getting rid of our pests. We have a service contract and I can always call in between service visits if we have an issue and they are out within a couple days. They call before they come so I can open gates and keep pets in. They knock on my door when they arrive and make sure they know the problem. They work efficiently and are respectful of our property. We could not ask for a better service or service play. Their rates are very reasonable for their services. Very happy with them for several years now.

We reached out to Madrona Pest Control for a mouse problem. Nicole answered our call promptly and with curtousy. The service tech Michael, he is great! He is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. With in 2 days our mice were evicted and have stayed gone. If I could give Madrona more stars I would. I would recommend them to anyone, and use their service from here out! Thank you Madrona! You all are amazing!

Cant believe its taken me this long to write this review. Our tech Michael is phenomenal!! We had another company come out and it was just subpar service, called Madrona up, Michael came out and i explained our situation and he got to work right away, going above and beyond what i was expecting. Highly highly recommend them!!

I had a horrible infestation of mice on my property. I called Madrona Pest Control. They came out the next day and advised on the best and safest way to get rid of them. Well, it worked! Within a few days, no mice! I like to shop local, they impressed me with their service. Very friendly and professional.

We couldn't be happier with Madrona they always call before they get here they're very clear on what they're doing and they listen to anything we have to say about pests. We had a very bad in-ground bee problem they were out the next day took care of the in-ground nest and a few nests that were above in our rafters. We have been using them for our regular service so when I went to pay they told me it was already included in my service highly recommend them.

Great job of protecting our home from rodents. During the inspection under the house the tech noticed water dripping from a pipe. He took pictures and it turned out it was from our water heater drip pan. After checking the water heater we discovered it was leaking. We had to have it replaced as it was rusted through. That inspection saved us from further damage that would have happened if that leak wasn't found. Thank you for going above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.
