Joel arrived with complete knowledge, kindness and attention to detail. He not only took care of an active rodent situation in our gutters but set up all the things needed to take care of the others. He was so kind and patient with my redundant, fearful questions and took a look inside our crawl space entry to confirm that it looked healthy. We are grateful for his service and his kindness, thank you Joel!

We just moved in and found spider egg sacs and cobwebs everywhere. An Axiom door-to-door rep stopped by at the perfect time, so we signed up. The technician, was polite and did a good job sweeping everything away.

Luke was able to assist me with my situation, that resulted in a better result for me than I had anticipated.

I had 3 employees come to my house in the same day. After I confronted the last person he said he had only been to my house twice, but at least he was the better looking out of the two people. I found it very rude that I have declined but they keep showing up at my house. 3 times in the same day is reading in considerate?Especially when i've said no.

He explained to me how grub affects the lawn and how we can treat it

Aurora did a very effcient job today, She used everything that was supposed to be use for the things i needed. I haven't seen any other technician that came to my house use before... Very satisfied!!

Stay away from this company. Their door-to-door sales tactics are intrusive, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Their representatives repeatedly knock on doors and ring doorbells without considering that people may be sleeping, sick, caring for children, working from home, or in an important meeting. This is one of the worst marketing strategies. Respect people’s privacy instead of disturbing them at home to push your services. If your service is worth buying, people will contact you themselves.

Axion sales rep constantly harassing our neighborhood with high pressure sales and not abiding by No Solicitation signs in Falling Water 2, Bonney Lake. Sales rep comes to peoples houses three days in a row and knocks on your door multiple times each day, month after month. If you are experiencing the same harassment, please file a police report for trespassing.

Axiom is the best! They spray for us quarterly, but were able to get out to our house right away for other issues. Bryan and Julia were very friendly and professional.

Devon came to spray for pest control. He sprayed inside and outside of the house. He spent almost an hour doing the spray. He was very diligent and professional at his work. We will certainly call Axon Pest Control and specifically Devon when we need pest control service again.
