Called them to schedule a spray for spiders in my basement, left a voicemail and received a call back very quickly. I believe it was Mark that came out, he was very friendly, helpful, and got right to work. Only $50 so great price to me. Ive had them spray for box elder beetles as well and it made a huge difference. Highly recommend these guys. I'll call them every time I need pest control done.

Mid Valley has been the most consistent pest control vendor we've had for our vacation rental. They arrive every month as promised, they're thoughtful about scheduling when they arrive to make sure that we don't have guests. They deliver on the services they agreed and let us know about condition things that we might not have noticed. We also recommend them for weed spray if needed.

Spring 2021 never showed up as scheduled. Asked them to not come at all. No response. Suddenly, late fall they show up and sprayed for ants after they already went dormant. Contacted them and they corrected their error. I hired a different company. Late fall 2022, again they show up and sprayed. I did not hire, schedule, or contract with them but they came onto my land without my permission, sprayed for ants that were dormant. I have called and emailed multiple times, sent letters via USPS, and they still continue to bill me for spraying my land which I did not authorize them to do. Poor bookkeeping, poor management, poor customer service.
