Alan and team were very communicative from the beginning to the end. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the job of re-insulating our crawlspace. We’ve used them for a number of smaller items, such as hard to reach bees nests, small rodent intrusion, and will continue to call them all of our pest and insulation needs.

Chase was professional and knowledgeable. He worked fast and efficiently to close up the access mice have been using to enter my home. I don’t know what he called the service - it wasn’t rodent extermination, I didn’t want glue traps placed. He just made it harder for the critters to get into my home. The price for the service was quite high but my peace of mind is worth it.

They give a 4 hour window when technician will come by which is a ridiculous window. They spend <10 minutes spraying at the property. I continue to have ant problems after 4 treatments. They don't put booties on in the house. The new technician dismantled my sprinkler system without asking so he could fill his container of water since he didn't come prepared. North Bend has a high cost of water and I shouldn't pay for their water to mix the solution and he shouldn't have touched my sprinkler system and timer. They are based in North Bend but bill at Belevue tax base which is 1.1% higher than North Bend. $160 per quarter for <10 minutes of work that doesn't resolve my ant problem and tampers with my expensive equipment.

Hi H Logan, I’m genuinely sorry to hear you’re feeling this way. I wish we had had a conversation about this to address and rectify your concerns. I completely agree that after four services, you shouldn’t be experiencing any ant issues. I’m truly sorry we couldn’t make things right. The sales tax was my mistake; I inadvertently clicked the wrong line item and corrected it for you.

I'm very upset with Frontier Pest Control not completing the cleanup after the job was done. They did eradicated the wasp nest problem under my eaves. However, they never finished cleaning up the job by removing the entire nest and cleaning up the droppings all over the roof and in my yard. After the third return visit, the owner stated that he was uncomfortable being on my roof. I had to go up on the roof and finished the job myself. The pitch of my roof is a gentle slope which is a 5-12 pitch. I find it extremely unusual for someone in this type of business to fear getting up on roofs.

All appointments are set up and confirmed with our robust scheduling service where the customers pick time and day. You got the email/text reminders, arrival and job finished notifications. The homeowner advised the technician that there was no problems/ants seen at that time. Please give us a call to set up free service so we can stay on top of the ant problem you’re having. Again my apologies for any miscommunication. I will try calling you today also
