Pooooor. First, they canceled on me. Second, they don’t give you a window for arriving as the cable company, plumbing, electrician or anyone else would give you. They serviced our house with a service won’t work. They need to be in the house. Poor. Find someone else. Big big company that doesn’t really care.

I've been very happy with the service I get from Senske. The technicians are ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, and honestly treat me like they appreciate my business. They treat me as a valued customer and have been sincerely complimentary of my landscaping and take a personal interest in keeping it looking good. My azaleas have never been healthier and the service excellent. I highly recommend them.

Updated my review from 5 to 1. We used their services a second time for grub control to help with gnats and help to remove the food source for moles. Last time their product did a great job with gnats. This time it didn’t prevent the gnats or the moles, in fact a pest control company pointed out that we had a lot of beetles in our yard a month after the Senske treatment for beetles. Not only that, we had mole mounds show up, a month after their treatment. I called Senske and Rob came out to explain that their grub treatment didn’t kill all beetles and wasn’t like other companies grub control where it could help kill the food that moles seek. Senske’s grub control only kills off a few types of beetles. I asked why the gnats didn’t die like they did the previous time with their grub control… Rob explained it was hit or miss depending on when they happened to spray for them. So basically it was a complete waste of money a second round. Had I known their product was hit or miss for gnats and didn’t help kill moles food source, I would have gone with a different company that I know their product works. Trevor was really nice and thorough on the steps involved. Initially I didn’t think I could be home at the time he was going to provide the estimate. He left a message he could return again another day to walk me through the estimate, if I wasn’t home. But I was able to meet him the first day he came out.

Can’t tell you when the last time the technician came out canceling my service

Horrible local customer service and sloppy work. Would much rather work with a smaller company that is committed to seeing their services through.

Technician applying lime to our lawn only made two passes on our front lawn. There is no way he spread it over the whole lawn. He took less than 20 seconds to apply it. I don’t believe he went to the back yard at all. For this service to cost $75.00, it is borderline fraud. I am immensely disappointed and will be canceling future lawn maintenance with your company.

I used Washington Tree service for years. Spraying around my cyclone fenced pasture. Called the new named company and they were outrageously priced. Several thousand dollars compared to the $300 some I used to pay! 🤬🤬

I told this company not to come out. Our lawn is dead from over mulching for 20 years. We can't afford to have it dethatched or aerated right now. They decided on their own to put us back on thier schedule and showed up today to weed & feed. Weed & Feed a dead yard

If I could give Senske Services zero stars, I would. The customer service here is terrible. Reaching a manager is practically impossible—there’s no direct contact information for management, so I’m always stuck with customer service reps who “promise” to send messages to management but nothing ever gets resolved. One customer rep said in the notes, it showed that a supervisor called me on 9/23, shortly after I called in to them, which is not true, and is a lie. I have no missed call or voicemail from Senske. Please note, this is my 3rd or 4th time calling them and having the rep leave management a “note” and haven’t received any contact back. It’s like they’re trained to keep customers at arm’s length. To make matters worse, they signed me up for a contract I never even agreed to! I never officially signed up, yet they still claimed I was bound to some agreement. The lack of transparency and professionalism is astounding. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!

Started of great but last fall my back yard started to die off. I have been asking g Senske to assist ever since. Over the course of the last 4 weeks I have called customer service asking for help and have been promised several times that a supervisor or manager would call. Radio Silence, so now I am calling twice a week for a response. No change. Poor service after you pay your bill, beware.

We were former clients of Washington Tree & Lawn and always had great service. Once Senske took over, they totally dropped the ball. They did service on our neighbor's yard instead of ours, used a hand spreader on the lawn and used about 1 cup of fertilizer on over 1000 sq ft (as recorded on security video and confirmed as inadequate by the supervisor who reviewed it), and failed to show up for scheduled services. We cancelled service, but tried to just schedule a single service for a birch tree injection for this season, figuring that really could not be screwed up. Low and behold, they never showed up. In calling the office, I spoke with Angelique who said that they would not be doing the service, but had no information and offered no actual customer care. She said there was nobody who could further talk with me, but that she "would send a message to a supervisor" and I would "hopefully hear back in 24-48 hours." Senske does not seem to want to actually provide any services or work to retain customers. No communication and just does not provide services.

If I could rate some how with negative or zero stars I would. This company is beyond unprofessional and terrible at communication and special requests. We asked repeatedly for prior notice of scheduled visits, email communication, and for copies digital copies of invoices non of which ever happened and resulted in one of there workers breaking into our back yard during an unscheduled visit while we were out of town and our backyard gate is locked. You can not customize service which has resulted in them ruining our lawn and the personal work we have put into it as opposed to tailoring towards what we specifically were seeking (keeping clover etc). They even failed to provide detailed information about what exact chemicals or treatments were being applied when. All attempts to request information and prior warnings to just showing up were met with complete lack of care. Was over charged and randomly billed as a result, with no good way to actually keep track. Canceled the service
