DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! After the initial sign up, I cancelled my service within 3 days. I got bad vibes and felt like they weren’t legit when I asked for the copy of the signed contract and they weren’t able to provide the actual document. Instead, they texted me photos of the contract. After the cancellation, they told me my first service was completely refunded and that my remaining balance was $0. Each month I was receiving statements stating a $0 balance. Fast forward 6 months later, I randomly get a statement stating I owe money from my first service. I called them and they “took care of it” and assured me that their billing team was not going to send it to collection. Guess what happened after that? My bill was sent to collections!! I called the collection company and Saela and eventually Saela “took care of it”. I demanded a email confirmation stating I no longer owe anything and that my collection account is closed. Then exactly 10 months later (now), I have received another notice from the same collection agency stating I owe money from that same service back in 2024. This is absolutely ridiculous! Clearly there is zero communication and accountability from Saela. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

The company is okay overall. Main concerns with the service: I have noticed an uptick in pests since swiching to them from orkin, and canceling was a giant pain. They force you to call and drag the call out 45 min requiting you to speak to multiple people and offering you different deals or options before letting you cancel service. I told them I had to pick between paying for the service of feeding the kids due to a recent job status change and they still kept offering different options to continue service before allowing me to cancel. Pros: Their inspections are thorough and the first time I tried to cancel and was on the phone with them for an hour and a half they did give me 6 months of free service to try and retain me. Cons: Expensive Not as effective as orkin Difficult to cancel requiring long call during office hours only meaning if you work a 9 to 5 you have to take time off or spend an entire hour long lunch to cancel service.

Everything was fine until I tried to cancel my service. They make it so difficult. These guys are worse than gym memberships. I had to wait on the phone multiple times and get transferred to multiple people. The worst.

Horrible company, if you sign a contract with them, it will be near impossible to terminate. They will keep pestering you with revised offers but will never cancel the service. Please stay away from them to save the headache.

Their technicians do a fine job. Always polite, very communicative, they do what they should. Corporate, however, is a nightmare. Good luck trying to cancel. I spent my long lunch time today trying to get through to them, waiting on hold, leaving a call back number, chatting online trying to get anyone to cancel. I finally got someone on the phone this afternoon and bro says he isn't authorized to handle cancellations and all of the ones who are have already gone home. Come on, man! It wasn't even closing time yet! The best way to avoid having to cancel with these guys us by never signing up. Find a local company instead without all the hoops. When they tried to call me last night, it went straight to voicemail. They sent me an "unable to contact" email from a "noreply" email address. Ironic, don't ya think? BTW - I believe that there is a federal statute on the books requiring a "one click cancel." Nothing like that exists on the member section of their website...

Do not use. Multiple times service was not completed and/or partially completed. Very little attentiveness to detail, we constantly find bugs around immediately after servicing. The cancellation process is a pain, I was hung up on when I tried to cancel the first time, now am being told I need to wait for a call back from a manager as the customer service rep does not have the ability to cancel.

Techs claim to have completed service but never showed up. Put out rat traps but they never seemed to work. They also make it very difficult to cancel. Rude and pushy person on the phone who said I could not cancel unless I give a reason. Do not sign a contract with them!

They made promises they didn't keep, promised a free crawl inspection and a free spray around the perimeter of my property, neither happened. I pay $145 per visit and still have ants all over my house. 1 year contract with a terrible cancelation policy. Salesman raved about how much better they were than the last pest place we hired (trying to get rid of these wretched ants). No difference. Exactly the same, quick brush and spray around the outside of my house. There are still spiderwebs and eggs in my eaves, and ants throughout my house. They don't seem to really care about your pest issues, just a quick spray and run. Not impressed.

awful customer service. their services did not solve my issues, my household and I were able to figure out our issue ourselves. with this, I tried to CANCEL any further appointments because they were charged per appointment. they would not let me cancel without paying a $300 cancellation fee. I do not understand why I would have to pay a cancellation fee if I am paying PER APPOINTMENT. I have completed ALL pre-payments. would not let me terminate my agreement but will adjust it with lower prices? extremely unsatisfied customer, good job. would’ve respected the company more if they allowed me to cancel without a fee.

Aggressive sales. Wouldn't take no for an answer. I had guests at home so I agreed to the service to get rid of the guy who completely lied that the discounted price is due to their workers being in the neighborhood. No one showed up to service for several days. I didn't want the service to be done while I wasn't home. But that's what happened. They send a day's notice for the agent and each time they have showed up when I'm not home. They only spray the outside. I don't think I had an ants problem before, but now I do. I think their chemicals have just driven the ants indoors. I tried to call their customer care to cancel the service. Now they are claiming that I signed a 12 month contract. Such a rip off and disingenuous sales tactics. This was not explained to me during the contract. Even if they claim it was, expecting customers to pay through the year when their service sucks (looks like hundreds of negative reviews on Yelp agree), they should refund the money, let alone allow the customer to stop the contract immediately. Such a waste of time now that I have to go to small claims court for this non-sense.

Never had a rodent problem in the 17 years I've lived in my home until some neighbors starting feeding birds. Then I saw a couple of rats and maybe their babies or mice. I searched on Home Advisor for someone to take care of my rodent problem and Edge was the first to call me. Please note that Edge is very high pressure/high sales contact minded and although I stated multiple times that I wanted the rodents gone, they offered a 2 year pest control contract (which I only signed thinking they would solve my rodent problem). The contract was approx. $1100. Edge came to my home, I explained the problem was at the fence line between my property and my neighbors. After that they installed 1 bait station. The next day when I found a rat on my patio table, I called them back. They came out and stated they would get more stations installed but couldn't do it that day. Third day, a third technician came out (without any more stations) and stated that they'd bring more stations and replace the seal in my garage door (for an extra $129). Then the supervisor came out and since no one had communicated with him, I went over everything again, and told him "third strike and you're out". What I meant is that if they didn't get rid of the rats/mice, I would end my contract with them. Unfortunately since I signed a contract, they informed me if I cancelled, I'd be subject to pay half of the remaining contract ($550) for them doing absoulutely NOTHING to get rid of my rodent problem. I informed them that I had taken care of the rodent problem myself (Just one bite), but they still would not cancel my contract without charging me $$. DO NOT USE EDGE Pest Control unless you've got money to burn. (The picture is of a rat I killed with the product I bought. The rodents would not go near the stations...especially the one they set right next to my home (which was not infested, but may be since they are drawing the rodents near my home, not the fence line, by placing the station up against my home).
