Eradipest Pest Control

I did NOT have a bad experience. I am grateful for the expedient response and follow up. I am a senior and have some difficulties navigating unexpected events. The MAJOR event was the ant infestation which, previously, I had been able to control with extra cleaning efforts, but I arrived at my vacation spot with at least an entire colony or two inhabiting my home, in areas where I had never seen before. When I called Eradipest, after checking in with the person who handled my purchase, I was very relieved to be told that this could be taken care of on the following Monday. I explained that I needed to return to my primary home on Monday and I was assured that evaluation and treatment could be done the same day at the same appointment. This was more than I expected! I sensed that the receptionist may be a bit new, but all was well when I was on the Monday schedule and assured that treatment for the ants could be completed while the service person would be there. The only ‘glitch’ was that the service advisor took care of infestation evaluations in the morning and treatments in the afternoon. He was able to assure me that he could return for the treatment, at a time that would still get me on the road when I needed to be. In the end, all was well, and treatment was accomplished, albeit later than expected but I will use Eradipest in the future, especially since I signed up for follow up services! Thank you Cory! My price was a little higher because my weeds were also treated.

HUGE Thank you to Eradipest for their swift response and attack on my odorous ant issue! We inherited a small shed that was completely infested with ants from top to bottom with these little guys. Apparently, these ants have been partying in there for quite some time, too! Called Eradipest and left a message before their business hours and Cody called me back as soon as they opened. He explained the process in great detail, no pushy sales-pitch, and I was even greeted by the owner, Andrew, over the phone as well, about the process and scheduling. Superior customer service and I would highly recommend using them!

We’ve been using Eradipest for a year now for external rodent and bug control, and today they did the interior spider/crawling insects treatment. They do the entire house including the crawl space and attic. Cody and Shane were very courteous and thorough and explained everything as they worked. They truly went above and beyond. They’re the best!

They were on time!!! Did a thorough inspection, checked all around the house and in the crawl space. They were very knowledgeable, and gave us advice on how to prevent more pests from coming in. They took care of our hornets nest the same day! They were very honest and told us what services that we didn’t need. The monthly maintenance prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

They came to take care of the raccoon under the house and took care of the termites that were found. Kudos to the brave team who scooped up three baby raccoons and reunited them with their mother….outside….where they belong.
