Had a skunk go full nuclear in a hard to access crawlspace. Cole, Mac, and Jon from Harvest Valley came out for the remediation. They communicated very well, were very helpful, service oriented, and did an amazing job setting the space up for easy access next time. Would highly recommend them for your service. Shout-out to Daniel who's also been an amazing tech for years.

The pest control division seems to be pretty good. The construction division they talk about will never receive your call, return your call, or even call you when the representatives asked to have them call you.

They are very friendly in the office and the employees who came out to the house. Rodent problem in the storage shed.

Harvest Valley Pest Control is very professional. I used this company because we had a box elder problem in Spring and again in the Fall. Our problem has been solved. The sprays they use have cleared up our problem and an extra benefit it gets rid of spiders and other bugs you may have. I highly recommend this company.

I appreciate the quick response, returned my call quickly and went to the site in the next few days. The renter in one of my rental houses was complaining about possible mice issues and Harvest Valley fixed the problem. They will also come out quarterly to monitor the situation. We recently contracted with Harvest Valley Pest Control based on their excellent customer service and quality of work. We had a carpenter ant problem as well as mice in our Lake Wenatchee area home. It was amazing customer service from my initial inquiry to our first visit with Rick, one of the service managers. He was very knowledgable, professional and thorough. He pointed out where we needed to insulate to protect our home from mice getting in and educated us as to how the ant problem will be fixed. As a pet owner I was extremely grateful that their products were pet friendly. We were so impressed by their service that we signed up for an annual plan that took into account that the winter months would not need servicing. All in all a great company!
