The inspector found evidence of rodents in the crawl space and AAdvantage jumped right on it and was there in 30 minutes! These guys are awesome to work with!

More like take advantage pest control. Charged $500 to come out and put out “bait and traps” in our crawl space twice. Then refused to come back when asked to check out the attic, when it was supposed to be included in the price. Since nothing was found in the crawl there was nothing in the attic. Seriously, how can they guarantee that, and refuse service that was included in the price. I would never use them again.

Dave was so knowledgeable and provided professional, prompt service. Used him for ants and he was honest about outcomes and made sure he was going to spray when it was the right time for best results (which other companies did not do). I would use him again for any other pest needs!

The last two summers have been awful for fleas on our property and each time we've called AAdvantage. They were able to work with us to come out quickly since our kids are getting bit. Dave explained the whole process carefully to us and was very helpful. Both times the techs were friendly and very helpful in answering all of our questions. I will always call AAdvantage when I have pest issues.

Bait packs were loosely thrown under house, more than 200 were found without a baitbox. No bait box was ever found under house. Poison pouches were found in our yard and littered all over the crawl space. Places where wildlife was coming in and out was never found by pest inspector during inspection. Crawl space guys found it when they were repairing all the damage done. The entrance found was showing daylight through and they could put their whole arm through. Why Advantage pest inspector said there was no entrance he could find. Crawl space guys showed me with very little effort to see it, did not even have to go fully under house to see it. Will not use Advantage pest control ever again

I have been using them for 12+ years at multiple houses. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They do a great job in a timely manner with great communication. Couldn't recommend them more!
