Turned out to be such a waste of money. It's an expensive service so I expect more than a 3 minute stop by a service technician every other month. Additionally, getting a hold of anyone on the phone is impossible these days. No one calls you back when you request it. Instead 2 days later you get an email claiming they couldn't get ahold of you or leave a message (cell shows no missed calls, voicemail is not full). I'm so disappointed I ever paid this company. I would not use this company at all. We set up an exclusion and maintenance plan for a mouse problem, paid about $2,500, and have done almost all the work ourselves. They set up a few traps in the attic (did not even enter the attic fully, only set them from the ladder), and some bait boxes outside. Four minor spots outside the house were excluded.
