Thank you Robert and John!! This is no joke, I experienced the best customer service today that I have ever received in my entire life. Robert and John went above and beyond to make sure my Beacon experience was exceptional, with in person drop-ins to make sure my pest control needs were met. I had foundation vents installed today, they look sharp and my worries are now completely gone. I am a new resident and Beacon has helped me secure my crawl space at the highest level. thank you Kristina as well for your professional attitude, and all the ladies up front for your great customer service as well!! Beacon employees are professional pest control mitigators who have a heart. They will use live traps if you prefer, which is a nice option for people who care about little critters. The thought of them being killed kind of tore my heartstrings. They do a very professional job to determine your needs and at a fair price. They're very kind when you call on the phone. They are the package deal for critter removal.

Thanks Carol,<br>We try to avoid killing animals unnecessarily. To that end we use inspection and exclusion to evict animals and prevent their return. In the short term it takes more effort but in the long term it tends to be more effective and reduces the need for leathal measures.
