This company has always been great but I'm really impressed with the great communication the last few times I have scheduled my yard to be sprayed. They call to confirm exactly what I want sprayed and why. This last time I talked to a girl first and lightly mentioned that I probably didn't want this one particular bush to be sprayed because there's a lot of honey bees in that area and I didn't want to affect them negatively. I forgot to mention it the next time I talk to a gentleman over the phone to confirm the appointment. To my surprise, the technician did not spray the bush and there were still bees after he left and that just makes me so happy! Thank you for paying attention to the small details, those are the things that really matter the most.

The lady that answered the phone couldn't give any answers. They said they were going to call a day ahead to let me know they were coming. They called a few minutes instead.
