This business is awesome! I’m picky, have high expectations, and don’t handle poor punctuality. That being said, they were on time every time, left my yard the way they found it, protected all their traps from my local wildlife and pets, and actually caught moles. I asked for proof. They’d leave them in the top of my trash can for me. Total transperency!!!! One phone call away and we were on our way to exterminating a very persistent hornet next in our attic! We were ready to post the house for sale but SNAP came out a few times and worked their magic! Got Moles is a 10/10 business, hands down. They have responded every time we have contacted them, at least within 24 hours, if not the same day. They are very good at communicating when they will be arriving and any scheduling conflicts, and have always rid us of our mole issue swiftly. Thank you so much for all you do.
