The technician Danny Ward came and did the quarterly service and inspection. He did a great job around the house, garage and shed, he checked with me to find out if I had any specific concerns. He was detail specific, efficient, professional and friendly. I'm very happy to be a Prosite customer.

Prosite was great to work with! I'm in Ronald, WA and they came out quickly and visited my home for 3 consecutive weeks to ensure the extermination was complete! Very pleased with the service and the price was reasonable!

James Shaddon, the tech that came out to clear and seal my new home from rodents, spiders, and hornets went above and beyond. Such a great attitude and attention to details. The whole team spend most of the day here, and did a thorough job. Also got the bi monthly service to make sure the pests stay out. I’m sleeping much better now lol!

While we were away, we noticed on camera that a skunk had come to our small trailer up in the mountains and gave birth. We knew she had left with a pup, but were concerned that maybe she came back, or left pups behind. James Hanson was a rockstar! Since we were not at the trailer and were at our main home, He called me before arriving to the trailer to go over info and then called me immediately afterwards to let me know she had moved on. James was great at communicating with us and keeping us in the know of what was going on. I would definitely recommend Prosite for your pesty or wildlife concerns.

I like to give anyone a chance so I called prosite for a mouse problem we were having at my dad's house. We started out poorly to say the least, but after a long talk with the Boss and what my expectations were and that they weren't being met, we finally ended up on the same page and the job got done. They have made every effort to right the wrongs and insure that the job was completed the right way. They listened to me and worked with me to make it right and for that I give them 4 stars....thank you prosite!!

Thank you very much for taking on a job that is so freightning to me . l am so allergic that the other morning those bees tried to kill me . So for the 2nd time l have this Co. come out and do thier service . 1st service was ( spiders ) not to be confused with bees . It's nice that on such short notice l can have this service done . l did some exploring and did have to spray killer under the lids of the propane tanks . Easily over looked still a very good job of taking care of those pest . thank you very much Erik.

So far I am impressed. It was very easy to schedule a time for them to come out even though my schedule is hectic. Manny was knowledgeable and explained things well. I have only had the consult/first visit but anticipate I won’t be let down.
