Very pleased with this professional service. The owner came himself to our property to assess the situation and then made recommendations as to how to address rodent problem. The follow up with him was excellent, and he has taken care of our problem. I felt the charges were reasonable and was very pleased with the personal response to any questions text or phone calls that we made to him highly recommend.

I called John for help with insect removal since he was local and I didn't want to deal with an out-of-state company with a local service rep. I called John and told him about my problem thinking I had termites. I sent his some photos and he was able over the phone to tell me that the problem was with ants. I set up an appointment and Dustin came over and went to work. Only one day later, but haven't seen any sign of return of the ants. Service was quick ,reliable, and very reasonable cost. If I have another pest problem, I will call him back.

We have been using Columbia Cascade Pest Control for 13 years and have had only great results; no pests. Our kids used two major brand pest controls with not great mixed results. John and his team have been the best choice for our home. I got an estimate from another service in the area that was over 3X higher in cost. Our home has proven much more stubborn for velvet tree ants as the previous residents left the problem untreated for years. The house has some odd internal structures but John & his team are more responsive than I am certain anyone else would be and I know they are 150%committed to eliminating these little demons and are not going to drain my landlord of his life savings to do it! If you get an estimate anywhere else and don't get one here-I can promise you the service you're getting will be far inferior to what this business offers. John has been doing this in the gorge for so long he's trained the staff from other businesses. Get the original ant guy! Thanks team!

I am thoroughly impressed by the timely and exceptional service provided by Sam Finn today. I called this morning and they were able to fit me in this afternoon. Sam and his wife were friendly, knowledgeable and Covid safe. We will continue to work with this crew for quarterly pest maintenance.
