I live in a townhouse and discovered an ant infestation. I called, got an appt in a few days. Dennis came out, was very thorough and professional, very nice man.he did a great job, explained lots of good info about ants. Erin was wonderful on the phone, I was pretty freaked out about the ants, she was very nice and patient with me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pest problem. Luckily someone referred them to me, dont think I would have found them on my own!! I would definately use them again, although I really dont want anymore bugs!! Do not bother with this company! They assured me of a billing date, confirmed it, then charged me several weeks early, then charged me a late fee on top of it. They promise “in between service” as needed, yet every time you try to get them to come out they say they’re too booked and can’t. What a mess. Wish I’d never have switched to them. I’m switching back to Orkin

They recently came out to treat for spiders with both interior and exterior spraying, and from start to finish the experience was top-notch. I’m a protective pet parent, so my biggest concern was making sure my fur babies stayed safe during the treatment. The technicians took the time to explain exactly what they were using, how it worked, and how to keep my pets comfortable and out of harm’s way. Their reassurance and knowledge really put my mind at ease. On top of that, their communication was excellent, from scheduling to arrival, they kept me informed every step of the way. Dennis was amazing! I had an issue with some rodents in my kitchen and we could not get it under control. Once I got Behr Pest control at our place they did a thorough inspection and found out the issue was a hole in our kitchen wall where the rats were getting in and eating out food rations. They were able to set up some equipment and helped us get rid of these pests. I would definitely recommend these guys!

We are so happy with the results from this company and from Dennis himself personally!! On Saturday night, we saw a bald faced hornet nest growing on our shed, the day before my baby shower. We needed it removed as soon as possible. We called many companies, but they were all booked out and we expressed to Dennis how important it was for us to get it removed that night for everybody’s safety. So he came out at 8:30 PM on a Saturday to take care of it!!! I’ve never seen such incredible service before, he explained the whole process thoroughly. The next morning we woke up and there were no hornets wondering about and they never came back! He even checked around the main house and removed a few nests that were starting to grow!! I’d recommend Dennis and his company to anyone facing pest issues. Very genuine and Dennis actually cares about his customers!
