Jeff and his team were incredibly responsive and very thorough during the extermination of our bedbug infestation. They cranked the heat up to 170° in the whole apartment which nuked every single bug. His tip sheet of what to expect and items to avoid placing in the heat was very helpful as we prepared for the day of extermination. I feel confident there are no more bugs in my unit and attribute that entirely to this team.

Jeff is an amazing person, I thought I had bed bugs and so I called in to see because I already could see from his website how much of an honest expert he is in treating bed bugs as well as it being more affordable. Then on the call he first asked for reasons to why I think I have bed bugs but he gave me the insight that it's actually carpet beetles instead and told me how to treat them, sending links and giving me step by step instructions on the phone all for free! I was really impressed with Jeff and Elite Bed Bug Exterminators. After waking up with bites on me and tearing my bed apart, I found insect casings and a small brown bug, and I knew I needed to take immediate action. I stayed in a hotel a month ago that was a bit grimy, and I realized that I may have brought bed bugs back from there. I called several exterminators to get quotes, and they all asked me a few basic questions before offering me their pricing for bed bug extermination. Jeff was the ONLY one who asked more detailed questions about my experience. After listening to what I had found and suspected, he took a look at my photos. He immediately identified what I had found as carpet beetle larvae and casings, NOT bed bugs- the best news I've had all year! Looking up pictures online, he was clearly right. Even after we had established that I don't have bed bugs, he spent a good while going through all the mitigation steps I should take to deter any insects in my home, and he offered to send me links to any products that mentioned. All of this was AFTER he recommended that I didn't need his services. This kind of customer service and true care for a stranger is rare. I would absolutely call Jeff for any future extermination needs, and I will recommend him to anyone who needs an honest, clear-eyed assessment of an infestation.

I reached out to Elite Bed Bug Exterminators after several months of dealing with phantom bites while taking a nap. Initially I thought they were bed bugs, but started leaning towards the "bites" being from the larvae of carpet beetles. Apparently, the beetles dont bite but the larvae hairs may produce irration when in contact with your skin. Since I have yet to catch any of these alive or in one piece, it makes it harder to figure out. I spoke with the owner on the phone, and he was great to talk to. Mind you, he took my call on his day off work! He walked me through on how to and where to find the critters. Unfortunately, I was not able to find anything on my search (yet) with him on the phone. The only proof I have so far is remnants on the bed sheets after the wash and "bites." He gave me some options on what I can do in the mean time including products to use, or use his services if I think I needed his professional help. We both agreed that I should try what he suggested first, and if I'm still having issues in the coming weeks that I would use his professional intervention. The owner Jeff absolutely cares for people, and you can immediately tell when you first talk to him. Not only did he not charge me for his hour long phone help, but he did this on his day off. I can't say any other company or big box service would ever do the same. He's definitely honest with his craft, and isn't out to make a quick buck out of people's expense. I will definitely be using his professional in house help if the suggestions aren't enough in the coming weeks. Do not hesitate to contact him for your needs. I'm definitely going to recommend him to family, friends, and anyone that is in need of his services. He's truly passionate about his craft, and wants to improve people's lives.
