Updated 3/24. Travis is the reason that I stay with this company. A true professional. Have been using him for more than 8 years and always ask for him by name to do my services. Would give 10 stars if I could! Have added mosquito extermination to my summer treatments, David performed the service. Prompt, attentive, explained the treatment before starting, and thorough in his application to my property. Another 5 star performer from Get'em. Dan took over the mosquito treatments this year (2024). Due to heavy rains, GET'EM had to reschedule my original appointment, and they came out on a Saturday to do the mosquito treatment. They are getting ahead of the upcoming swarms from all the standing water from the wet March. Dan was on time, courteous, professional, and kept us informed before beginning the service. How come GET'EM has all these ALL-STARS working for them.....maybe it's just because it is a great company! Another 5-star service call. David performed mosquito treatment today (4/14). Introduced himself on arrival and what he intended to accomplish during the service. Cordial, courteous, and professional. Attentive to which areas of the yard need treatment without impacting my garden or blossoming plants/shrubs/trees. My 23rd year with GET'EM and they continue 5 star service from all their technicians. Updated 3/26 STILL 5 STARS! In the past year, Andrew has taken over the GET'EM services for my home and I could not be happier. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in the performance of the services he performed this month. He takes the time to explain his findings and the recommended services. He completed a thorough annual termite inspection, pointing out any findings requiring attention, and recommended deferring a scheduled mosquito treatment due to high winds that would limit the effectiveness of the treatment. He returned today and performed the mosquito service and replaced a rusted crawl space access panel. Now 24+ years with GET'EM and I unequivocally recommend this company for you termite and pest control needs.

Sadly, another scam. I was told it would be $185 a year broken out monthly. They came for the initial inspection and charged my cc $185 . I called to ask why they charged the full amount and she advised that was for the Initial visit; and the month fee there after is $45. Total for the first year is $725. Needless to say, I canceled it. This must be why they didn’t have me sign a contract. Get it in writing. I do not like to be mislead!

Usually amazing but today they serviced the property while I was at work and left my gate open. I was unaware so when I let me dogs out to use the bathroom they ran away.

I didn’t have a good experience with this company. They failed to inform me about droppings in my attic, and they didn’t knock down any of the spiderwebs as their website claims they do. I expected a thorough service, but it’s clear they didn’t follow through on their promises. Good communication and attention to detail are essential for pest control, and they fell short on both.

I paid them over $500 to get rid of my mice problem, but I still have mice! I suggest you look elsewhere if you what to get rid of your pest problem.

Member of over 1 year. Called customer service with questions and person was not helpful. I then asked what I was getting for 41 dollars a month, then I said I could look elsewhere for services. She responded with I can cancel your account. It is a shame how different things are when they want you to sign up. But in the end, zero customer service. My technician had always been great. Guess I will shop around.

Good at first, but now they don’t come at all in the last 2 months. They are under contract with the apts I live in. When they did show up they never come when they are supposed to per contract. When I complain the girl that answers the phone basically told me I was a liar and not to call them again. Even when I told her I was retired and I’m here every Wendsday when they are supposed to show up. So I complain to my landlord they email them to call me and they never did. Left a note while I was on vacation and they still didn’t do what I asked. Terrible!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR CONTENT AND READ UNTIL THE END! There have been several incidents of misconduct from Getem employees. I rent an apartment space at my current living quarters and an older technician by the name of Mike constantly made inappropriate passes at me on several occasions. He even went as far as to leave me hand written notes asking when he could see me again. Please understand, I was polite to this man in passing ONE time and from that one brief exchange he created an illusion in his mind. When I finally reported Mike, one of the female employees at Getem disclosed that there have been previous reports of misconduct against him. Evidently, Mike is a repeat offender. I was informed that he would be removed as the technician assigned to the building I live in and a new tech would takeover his duties. I do not have pests so, earlier in April I called Getem and requested they inform the pest control guy to skip my apartment. Employee J said she would add a note to the account. Evidently, the note was misplaced because the tech proceeded to enter my apartment. Upon this discovery I called Getem and asked why he was in my living quarters after specific instructions were provided well in advance. Employee T said that Employee J probably sent him the wrong apartment number. Property management later informed me that he unknowingly entered the premises without prior notice. So, which is it?? Furthermore, when technicians arrive they typically change pest traps and spray problem areas. The product they use usually has a faint scent that lingers. However, when I returned I noticed that new traps were not put in my apartment and there was no residual scent. So, when I called Getem again and asked employee T what the tech had actually done because there were no visible changes, she had no response. When I shared this with property management, the message was then relayed to Getem. 48 hours later Getem finally disclosed that the traps were not changed because it wasn't on the schedule to do so and the tech used an odorless gel/spray hence I didn't smell anything. I'm no detective, but that was almost too easy. My concerns were passed along to management and Getem finally addressed them AFTER I shared this information FIRST. Coincidence? Since when do they use odorless spray? There was not a single trace of liquid anywhere to be found. And they've NEVER used gel previously. I've never known gel to dissolve quickly unless added to a liquified substance. Out of all the days, why attempt to change your choice of products now? Or could it be that their responses were tailored to align perfectly with my story? After all, they didn't have a response when they were initially asked, then 48 hours later they had the perfect explanation. Coincidence? The worst part is, Getem told property management that I threatened their employees and their ENTIRE office staff. I was willing to leave well enough alone until they proceeded to lie. Why, though? I threatened THEIR ENTIRE office staff?! They had a choice to make and they chose to perpetuate a false narrative instead. It's evident, they work with predators and Mike is proof of that. If he made time to write me hand written notes, I could only imagine what else he made time for while he was alone in my living quarters. Their employees have a history of doing a little more than their job. You know the saying, one bad apple spoils the whole bunch? I am thoroughly convinced that Edward entered my living space and did not do his job. What was he doing in my apartment then? What is Getem hiding? Do you think technicians should be required to wear live-feed cameras or camcorders? Please review the facts I've shared above and feel free to comment, share and even tag a few news stations as well. In addition, Getem has a policy in place that prohibits them from interacting with tenants. If they reply to this when they see it, not only will they be in breach of that policy and contradict themselves, but they will most likely be doing it to salvage their reputation. Pay close attention!

Per reviews this is a great company however after our experience with the receptionist; would not recommend. After much research and trying to keep our business with a local company it is disappointing the customer service received from the receptionist while trying to get an inspection from Getem for our home. After answering questions (over the telephone) about our home, the receptionist gave a quote of $185 - yearly pricing for treatment, and $235 (initial payment) and $120 - quarterly pricing for treatments. When asked if a technician would come to inspect, and give analysis of home/recommendation; the receptionist responded “An inspection is not needed, technician would give the same pricing, unless you have the dead bug to show the technician; they would not know anyway, and the quote given would be the same as the technician”. It is unfortunate this Getem’s employee does not share the same philosophy of “service” as the company. Per your Getem’s website: Each service begins with a free inspection. Our highly trained exterminators take the time to listen to your needs and concerns before developing a customized action plan. You can count on us to provide fast and efficient service, including next-day treatments, free termite inspections for new customers, and easy-to-manage payment options to fit your budget.

If I could give this company one star i would. They have HORRIBLE customer service. They have a manager there by the name of Sarri (not sure on the spelling) but she is very unprofessional. She does not know how to conduct business in a professional manner. This company should really consider getting new management or just letting her work in the background where she does not have to communicate with people. They one have ONLY one technician that works there that knows hows to do the job correctly. So whatever you do choose another company.

Getem did some crawlspace work. tossed all insulation in grass and killed an 8x10 foot area within 2 days. 2 weeks later a tattooed little guy with a big mouth screaming and yelling about the "crappy(censored) house" and cussing out cox guy that asked if he was ok and snapping at my neighbor. wish I was home for it. little kid needs a reality check. please don't send him to anyone's house again. Will most definitely recommend anyone to stay away.
