We have been so happy with Guardian. When we moved into our house it was swarming with wasps. Dead ones inside from wherever they were getting in. We couldn’t go outside because the front and back were just full of hundreds and hundreds of wasps. Our technician Jay said it’s one of the top 5 worst ones he had seen. Lucky us haha. He did such a great job getting rid of them and we were able to enjoy our new home. He is friendly and thorough and my kids love when he comes because he’s so kind to them. I’ve also been impressed with the people on the phones, I’ve never had a hard time scheduling and they’re always professional. Glad we chose guardian!

Tristan, Was a great representative for guardian pest control. He immediately engaged happily with me answering all my questions. He then proceeded to perform his tasks around my home, garage and shed as was discussed before hand. He removing wasp nest before and spraying. They came 2 times and want me to pay for 4 visit. After losing my job and moving they continue to charge me for service that they didn’t do for a property I didn’t live at anymore. They are just out to take your money. Their office personal are very rude. They won’t let people leave negative reviews on there website. Would never use again and never let anyone I know use them after this experience. They said they had documentation of visiting abut never could show me the document. I have security cameras and could see they never came. Would leave a zero star review if google would allow.

We are sorry you did not have a good experience. We were not informed and therefore did not know that you had temporarily moved out as your home was still occupied. We completed each service as agreed. All services were documented and all service reports were emailed to you. After you informed us that you had temporarily moved out, and were upset that we had performed services while you were gone, we offered to do an additional service for free. We even waived and reversed the charge for the service performed while you were gone. We did everything we could to make things right, so we were surprised to see your review.

I will NEVER use Guardian Pest again! They came out 3 times to fix the problem and each time it was never resolved. I had to pay another pest company to fix what Guardian Pest never did🤦🏽‍♀️ I kept calling them and telling them the ants are still coming back in full force now and theu kept saying “it’s the process”. And since we were going through the virus pandemic we were worried about their technician coming in to the home, they reassured us he would wear gloves and feet protection, none of that happened. He only had a mask on. And they made us feel like we were the crazy ones not understanding the ant issues. Since I’ve gotten the other company to fix the ant and spider issues we’ve never had any problems with ants and spiders since! Guardian Pest made my problems worst or never fixed it at all.

'Guardian Pest Control' is used by several other companies that operate outside of Utah, but are not affiliated at all with us. I used Guardian Lawn Service for three years. We did some landscaping and wanted to preserve our new lawn. The first year seemed to go well. The gentleman who did my lawn always called afterwards and shared his observations and recommendations. The second year I noticed my lawn less green and vibrant. I called and let them know what I was seeing with weeds and my lawns look. They said they would do a reapplication the next week. I called twice that year (2018) about the same issue. In 2019 my lawn looked a little worse and I called to let them know. They said they would spend a little more time on it to insure it bounced back from the previous winter. As 2019 went on my lawn looked worse with a lime green look to it and patches opening up. I called before their winter fertilization to insure my lawn would get the appropriate nutrients to keep it healthy for the winter. They said they would make sure it looked great in the spring. Well spring came and my lawn looks terrible. I canceled before they could come do the first application of the year. I was asked why I was canceling by a nice lady. I told her why. She said the manager was not in, but would call me. That person never did. I have been spending the last month (thank goodness for quarantine) figuring out why my lawn is in such poor shape and trying to save it. Seems my lawn and soil has been devoid of nutrients. Isn't that what your service is for? Do yourself a favor and go to your local hardware store and buy their best weed and feed for the season. Then buy some liquid fertilizer to jumpstart your lawn. You will save 150 to 200 in the difference of their services and not run the risk of losing your lawn. I hope mine will bounce back before it gets to warm.

Be very wary about hiring Guardian Pest Control. First, they collect an up front fee for their service. But then they lock you into a year-long agreement. And then they charge you every quarter, whether or not they deliver the agreed-upon service. Then they turn the balance over to a collection agency, which adds hundreds to the cost. Then they say you “didn’t complete the service.” More hundreds of dollars. Like I said, be careful.

I initially worked with this company several years ago, had some issues, and they promptly resolved them. This led to me changing my review and I've since recommended them to my friends & family. Unfortunately, I've again had a bad experience and there won't be a third chance. They did half a job, only spraying the outside of the house, which is NOT what my contract states. They had to come back to spray the inside of the house, and within 30 days of THAT spray, we had a crazy ant problem. They charged to come re-spray the inside, even though it was within the 30-day time frame, because they insisted on holding me to the date of the first spray, which was only half the job. When I explained this, I was told that if I want to "never see ants" then I needed to be sprayed 4x a year. Nice try for the up-sale, but I'd rather not work with a company that tries to sell me more services when the services I already pay for aren't getting the job done.

We're sorry you did not have a better experience. Your service agreement was for a spring and fall service only, and includes a 30 day guarantee from the date of your regular service. We accommodate people who want limited service with the understanding that they don't receive the same year round guarantees as our four seasons quarterly service program. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

Guardian does not follow through with the 100% Satisfaction guarantee. They came once, and had no affect on the spiders around the house. They billed us for the treatment which was fine, we let them know that there was no affect and asked them to come again. We have not seen them since. The nightmare is they sent our file to collections even though they have our credit card number and we have never disputed and payments. Bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
