Jaxon came to help us a second time after a problem we had needed extra attention. he arrived on time, he was professional the entire time he was at our home and very respectful of our property. He was groomed properly .after the service, he explained every single thing that he did. Very disappointed with the overall service. The initial inspection was thorough, but the treatment results were not as expected. I could see the same insect activity shortly after the inspection. The follow-up schedule was harder than expected and the response from customer support was slow. I had to contact them multiple times to get an update. For the price charged, I expected better expertise and clear communication. I am disappointed with their service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I scheduled a service with Ecoshield Pest Solutions, hoping for a complete treatment, but the inspection was done very rushed. The technician arrived quickly and I wasn't sure if everything was done properly. When it comes to pest control, attention to detail is really important. I would have preferred a more careful and thorough service than a rushed one. If I wasn't satisfied with their service, I wouldn't recommend them.

Zero if I could do that. They never kept the schedule we were given. It’s impossible to cancel, I’ve now had 5 different CS reps text me telling me to call in, you call and are on hold forever. I’ve been told I can cancel over the text, in a text and then they tell you that you can’t. I’ve been lied to telling me that cancellation was $450 then read the contract and it’s $250. All the techs have been good, but they stay your house in 5 min or less, I feel they skip half the house so they can come back. Definitely NOT worth $170!!!

Classic bait and switch fraudulent pest control company. Tale as old as time. Lied about the price at the door, spent maybe 5 minutes at the property, did not handle the mole problem, it got worst and when we called to cancel stated we couldn’t. We did not continue to pay, sent us to collections after numerous calls from us about non service. this’ll be an easy dispute. Avoid avoid avoid.

Every time you guys come, you’re here less than five minutes 10 at the most and there’s no way you could cover my whole yard so I’ve got cameras all the way around. I’m gonna look at them tonight. I have surgery tomorrow, but I’m gonna take a look at them cause my grandson said he was here about five minutes that was it getting going in the garage didn’t ask to come in the house to spray. Nothing just in and out, and I thought spiders were hibernating this time of year, so I’m wondering pan for spider sprain in the winter

We just had our windows cleaned. There were 3 wasp nests he removed as well as cobwebs. The Eco service was done Monday and did not remove the problem. We need better service or we'll have to change.

I didn't expect to be scammed by a company I have used and trusted for years. But beware of exclusion inspector Richard Leggieri. Unfortunately, I fell for his lies. He told me I needed new insulation (which I didn't) AND a "tent" over the attic door for added protection (which Eco-Shield couldn't supply). He also told me I needed a special shield under my garage door (which I didn't) and to replace an insulation strip along the side of my garage door to keep out mice (which never happened).

The company has tricky bait-and-switch sales tactics. The only reason why I stayed with the company after the contract term is because of Trevor Nash. My response to the reply: I called the company after the first service to cancel. I spoke to several people up the food chain of management that were immovable. I was required to complete one year of the service per the contract terms. Their customer support was so bad that it took all of my strength not to return the conversations with the same rudeness. If you are considering this company, read the fine print (which I did not).

The salesman over promised and under delivered. When I called to speak with him about concerns. The response was rude and short. Would strongly recommend not going with this company. Their expensive and quality is poor. We have more spiders and insects now then what we ever did before with our previous pest control. When called to discuss cancellation they charged $250 and was unwilling to work with us, even with them not fulfilling their promises.

Not worth the $. The technicians are nice. I like them. But the service is way overpriced. And after I completed my contractual agreement, I asked them to close/cancel my account. This was a nightmare. I was in the phone for several minutes, talked to several people, and confirmed several times that, yes, I want to close out my account. Not sure why I even had to do that. My contract was closed.
