I called and left a message and never got back when I emailed them. For those that read these reviews be aware, go with a company that actually cares. Sorry I went with a different company that answered their emails and calls on time.

LawnAide is a family business…the way family businesses used to be where customer service and reputation are top priorities. I had an 11-year-old backflow valve go out and I had LawnAide come to check it out. They tried to repair it, then tried to replace parts, then finally had to replace it. At no time did I feel I was being upsold to more expensive and unnecessary work. Russ and his team ooze integrity. This morning, the day after the repair, they checked in with me to make sure everything was working correctly. How often are you going to get a contractor to pro-actively call you back to make sure everything is okay? First time for me. They’ve got a customer for life. Last year I had another sprinkler repair company tell me it was $175 for the visit and if they did any work, it was $120 an hour. Seemed a little expensive but I was in a pinch needing the work done. What they didn’t tell me is they would send two people and they charged me $240 an hour. I don’t have any fears of that kind of slight-of-hand with LawnAide. They are people who care about their work and are great at their craft, but most importantly they get customer service.

They were responsive and helpful in giving my lawn tailored help. They also gave me some advice on their own and we're affordable. Thanks!

Local business with FAST service with convenient, on-line payment options. 1 week after just the initial visit (6 annually), all our dandelions are shriveled up and nearly gone!

I've called three times trying to get information to have my lawn aerated. They haven't had the courtesy to call back.

Horrible customer service! I made an appointment on monday with Russ (The owner) to come out today (Wednesday) at 3:00 pm for a quote to spray and possibly reseed our lawn. When I spoke with him on the phone he sounded very knowledgeable and professional. When wednesday comes around I get a call at 7:45 am from Russ and he says that he is going through his emails and wanted to get back to me. I told him that we had already spoken and have an appointment for 3:00 today. I then asked if we were still good for 3:00 today and he said he would be there. Three o'clock comes and he's not here, so I call him and no answer. I called a couple more times and you guessed it no answer. It is now after 4:00 and he still hasn't called. Good luck staying in business with customer service like that!
