I really appreciated working with Richard. He called back right away when other companies either said they were too busy or just didn’t call back. He was respectful and answered all my concerns related to removing a skunk from our window well. I’m glad a service like this exists … they deserve to be paid a higher rate for the value it delivers. I was happy with the price and considering the circumstances felt I could have been taken advantage of but most certainly was not. He squeezed us into his schedule and came that evening. I love it when the online community provides great information about a company and the information happens to be 100% true. That was the case with my experience with Critter Wranglers. Pricing was provided up front before he ever came out to set traps. When we were done, he provided me the total and it was to the penny what he had provided up front. His traps are very humane and easy to reset if they close (or if you catch a neighborhood cat on accident). While we had the traps, Richard kept in daily contact to find out the status of the traps. Our one day that we did catch a raccoon, Richard was at our house within an hour to pick it up and leave a new trap. None of us want critters in our yard, especially when they destroy our garden and flowers. It is very reassuring to know that good people like Richard are there to help us out. I hope the racoons stay away, but if they don't, I will give Critter Wranglers a call.

Critter Wranglers is an awesome company. Richard was super responsive and helped us get on top of our rodent and stray animal issue we were having in our retirement community. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again! Thanks for all your help.

Awesome customer service. I was in the hsp a good part of the year, and raccoons moved into my yard !!!! They out smarted all my derterrents, so I decided to get help. So far 1 raccoon and 2 skunks.

Richard is Very good to work to with!

I have not yet worked with him, but he did help me with my issue. I live in a municipality that helps with skunk and racoon control, but I have to trap the animal myself. I called Critter Wranglers and he helped me figure out how best to trap my skunk and explained that I should have results in 3 or so days. If I'm unable to capture the skunk on my own then I'll be hiring him.

Richard was great to work with, he did his due diligence in the home inspection including some issues to look out for during winter time that had nothing to do with wrangling critters. He’s knowledgeable and within 20 minutes found the problem and offered some solutions to implement. Highly recommend.

Rich is great. His service is lightning fast. His prices are very reasonable and you can pay through Venmo. He communicates well and patiently explains things. He’s diligent and will return as many times as it takes to finish the job. He’s our go-to guy for wildlife removal work.

Every time a silly raccoon decides to eat my entire stock of neighborhood cat food, Richard comes out and takes care of the problem for me. Very reasonable prices and quick response times, both for the initial consultation as well as once the critters' actually been caught, which is nice since I don't want the poor things to be stuck in a cage for days on end. Absolute pro, I hope I never have to find another raccoon guy.

Richard was very prompt and knowledgeable as to what was going in my fireplace chimney that my dogs kept alerting to me. Richard came to my home well after hours and on time as indicated . He discover I had a raccoon and her babies in my chimney. He was very knowledgeable in giving me my options to solve the problem. Had a bird in my dryer vent. Competitors couldn’t be to my house until the following morning, but with Critter Wranglers being a 24-hour business, they were able to get there the same night. Arrived when he said he would, was very polite (and had a good sense of humor), and was in and out in no time at all. Would highly recommend!

A+ service, would recommend to anyone. When I called and left a message, I received a return call the next day, even though it was their vacation week. I was provided with a very thorough pricing process and an quick appointment. Richard was able to inspect my attic for the noises, determined what the issue was, and put traps in place. Richard was so professional in taking care of the unexpected skunk in our garden. He came after hours and removed the skunk from the trap and did so professionally, quickly, and caringly.

We've had trouble with marauding raccoons in the past, so we called Critter Wranglers to place some traps. Richard was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even took time to inspect our property and show us signs of where animals may be coming and going. We also appreciated that Critter Wranglers gave us the options of checking the traps ourselves or paying them to do it!

Richard was awesome to work with, responsive and professional. I will use him again if I get anymore critters! He trapped 4 racoons and 1 skunk in less than a week of the traps being set.

Called on a weekend and they showed up an hour and a half later. My cat has been playing keepaway under the basement, and even though we’re still looking for her, Richard was able to locate her AirTag collar and give us a lot of hope. World class people, thankful for their time and responsiveness

Found some baby quails who had been in the area on the sidewalk for over an hour without mom. Every sanctuary/wild life rehab was closed and I decided to give this place a try on advice with what to do. Answered immediatley, and all though this wasn't the normal service, I was walked through what to do in regards to helping these babies reunite with momma. She came back within a half hour and all was well. Thankful Richard helped talk me through it and had the best ending possible. Will reach out for any actual service needs in the future as well.
