I had Kyle come to my home a little over a month ago because I had seen a cockroach. He was recommended to me by another local exterminator due to the type of cockroach I saw and that I live in a town home with walls that are shared with other units. He was amazing, he was able to come out less then a week after we talked, he was very kind and answered all my questions and noted my concerns with me having a toddler and small dog. He did a thorough inspection, explained what he was seeing, we discussed not only the cockroachs but other bugs we has concerns about. He went over the process of what he was planning to do, how long we should be out of the house, what to look for before entering our home to ensure it was safe, and what we should expect short and long term. We even answered our questions after the fact and has been timely in all our communication. It has been over a month and we haven't seen any evidence of cockroachs. This time of year we normally see a lot of ants and some spiders but this year we have only seen dead ants and over all we have seen less insects and the few we have seen have been dead or dying. It has been great to be able to enjoy and feel comfortable in our home again.

Over the last few months of 2025, I had noticed a large tunnel underneath the concrete pad in my backyard. I suspected rats as the culprits but didn't know for sure. Anyways, I tried taking care of the issue by myself but didn't have any success. That's when I called Primo Pest to see what they could do. Kyle came the next morning after my call, instantly assessed the tunnel as the work of rats, and devised a plan of action to take care of them. Immediately after that, I went off on a week long out of state trip and, when I returned, the rats were all gone. I filled in their tunnel and, so far, there's been no sign of any further activity. My lesson from all this is that I should have contacted Primo Pest when I first discovered the tunnel and saved myself all of the time, cost, and aggravation of dealing with the rats by myself. I highly recommend their services (very economical with no upsale pressure) and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

UPDATE: Although I didn't really appreciate the response (saying 'if' I reached out seemed to insinuate that I didn't and that I lied, which I do not appreciate because I did) however, I am updating the review to focus on the aspect of ant extermination. It took six weeks for me to stop seeing live ants that I had to manually kill -- but we are now two weeks from that moment and there are truly no more ants!! I wanted to wait until I no longer saw live ants in the middle of my floor to move my furniture back from the wall and clean, and to my (gross but) delightful surprise, there were tons of dead ones! I am so so so so grateful that this is behind me. I didn't have the best customer service experience and it took way longer than 3-5 days, but if you are like me and just really need a solution this is the place. Especially if you live in an apartment, because I was worried I kept seeing them because it would be impossible to exterminate. Primo can do it. And they will truly disappear. So grateful. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I received services the morning of Thursday July 31st. Kyle was super professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. He even handled the redtape with the apartment for me. I’m just disappointed that its been over a week now since the extermination and I’m still seeing live ants. At first I was told 2-3 days and that I would only see dead ones. Then I reached out on day 4 because I was still seeing live ones and was told 3-5 days. I haven’t reached out again because it doesn’t seem to be a point - maybe i should wait 7-10 days? Either way, as of right now that I’m writing this review I’m watching ants crawling around on my floor. Super disappointed.

Wow, what a great service. We had a large yellow jacket nest inside a hedge next to our house. I got stung several times trying to take care of myself. Kyle was so great to come right out and he was able to locate and completely and thoroughly kill the nest and all the nasty soldiers. It's been a week now and there are no wasps at all anywhere. He also sprayed my window wells and perimeter to keep other crawly things out. It is so nice to be able to use the back yard again. I highly recommend this company. Very professional, very kind, very responsive. He really knows his business.

I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he truly cares about his work and his customers. He took the time to inspect the room in question, completely free of charge and was incredibly kind, respectful, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. He only charged for the general pest control spray (which was very reasonably priced), and even went above and beyond by giving us sticky pads for carpet beetles at no extra cost. He also shared some really helpful tips about other pests and how to prevent future issues. What stood out most was how knowledgeable, prompt, and genuinely thoughtful he was. It's rare to find someone in this line of work who is both professional and truly compassionate. We will absolutely be calling him again if we ever need help. Highly recommended!

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable about the paper wasps and other bugs around my house. I had a terrible wasp problem and he took care of it within the hour spraying my entire house, garage, and fence line where wasps were looking to nest! I could not be happier with Primo!!! Kyle is amazing, very thorough, meticulous, checks every possible crevasse & has come back twice at no cast to retreat when I found another single bedbug! My old pest guy would come spray around stuff & was done in less than 4min every time & after 4 years living here still had roaches. Bed bugs have been in the building over a year but he never treated for them! We called Kyle & he spent 4 HOURS pulling things from cupboards, moving everything & educating me afterwards! Major difference in service & thoroughness from old guy to Kyle!! We have worked with a few pest control companies over the years. Primo is by far the best. Kyle goes above and beyond. He knows his stuff. Working with a smaller company also gives the advantage of having someone that knows my property and issues. I don't have to break in a new person each time they come out.

Kyle was AMAZING. I had gophers that were destroying my lawn. I tried a bunch of different ways to eliminate them, but no luck. I called Kyle, and he came out and caught the gophers easily. He was very educational, and provided me with a lot of solid information for prevention. I can’t recommend Kyle enough. If anyone ever has gophers, Kyle is your guy to get rid of them!

I moved into a house and upon first moving in, realized there was a major bug problem. It was very stressful and I was concerned it would be an ongoing problem. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insects/potential infestations specifically German cockroaches but he can take care of a variety of issues as a property manager. I highly recommend him. He also guarantees his work, which is awesome and if I remember correctly, he also does mice and rats.
