It appears that Adrian did a really good job. My only concern is whether or not he took care of the high vents on both east and west side of the house. Video that they always did not show that. Otherwise, it appears that he did a very thorough job.

Did not notice a difference in pest activity other than dead lady bugs and bees. Would get texts from technicians asking for tips. Had to be home to let them in but cannot schedule a time and have to work around their schedule. I work from home and just can’t leave a meeting because they decide to show up. What really did it was when I called to terminate the rep terminated and hung up on me despite me being in mid sentence.

Techs are polite and professional however their contract model is very unforgiving. I had to move out of a house and into an appartement for unforeseen circumstances and when I tried to cancel the contract they charged a $280 cancelation fee when my Monthly payment was only $60. Do not get into a long contract duration with them if you have any plans on moving at all. They will not work with you and phone services will be quiet rude about it.

My mom and I signed up for these guys because we have terrible sugar ants during summer. Unfortunately after all this time, we still see them everywhere... Regularly! A damn can of raid does better work than these scammers! Also made sure to lock us into a contract so it would cost a small fortune to end the useless service. Seriously, you would be hard pressed to find anyone worse in the Utah area!! 🫣

My house camera showed you technician show up at about 10:10 and left shortly thereafter. No other cameras show hi On them doing anything. Spraying the south end of the garden boxes for hornets!!! Please discontinue this account. I have had it. I’m tired of being ripped off. Your services have been way below standard for sometime. You have already received over $600 for your services this past year. I have not been satisfied at least for the past 6 months! I will be contacting my lawyer if I can’t get out of this very bad contract and company. A very dissatisfied customer, Janet Beck

I would not recommend Greenline. They were very pushy in the sales pitch, as salesman usually are. Reluctantly, we signed up since we have had a terrible year with wasps and were willing to try anything to be ridiculous of them so our kids could play outside safely. The initial serve was terrible, yielded absolutely no results. In fact the wasp problem got significantly worse after the application. Not to mention everywhere they set the sprayer can down killed my lawn. I tried to cancel because it was an absolute joke of a service, only to be told we were under contract and would have to pay quite a bit to be out of it. So we are finishing our contract and then will obviously not be renewing. They came 2 days ago in the rain and did essentially nothing. All of their pest sprays are pretty much just essential oils.

I can confidently say I wish I had trusted my gut instead on a pushy salesman that boasted about glowing reviews which I now know are often written when they give customers a “great deal” and ask for a positive review. I intentionally waited to leave mine to see how well the service actually worked long-term. Spoiler: it doesn’t. Company’s that work do not have door to door salesmen they have word of mouth that spreads from door to door. Company’s that are confident in their work will not expect a 2 year contract with a 275.00$ fine for canceling despite having proof products are not working or safe and employees are creeps. The chemicals they outside rain or shine leaving these chemicals to run down into our storm drains. According to EPA this is very illegal. However they claim to work even if it is raining with a specific treatment for moist areas… while other companies disagree. I put to much trust in this company’s claims after doing hours or research and after speaking with local pest control companies I’ll be reporting them to the EPA, Local Authorities and OSHA. First off- after my first initial spray my pregnant cat got sick, went into labor the next day and had to be euthanized our vet said she had ingested something, she was perfectly healthy. Knowing what I know now about this company & putting these puzzle pieces together a year later, I’m realizing what most likely happened to our poor kitty and all 7 kittens. The problems with spiders and small bugs became WORSE after I started service. Yes, they will offer to come out AGAIN try a “different treatment” “spot treat” which is not safe especially inside your home regardless of the claims to be pet and child safe. After treating inside, everyone in my home experienced headaches, I have doctors notes to prove this. My doctor advised against continuing the service and said the chemicals they use are not safe, regardless of what the company claims. April I asked the technician to treat inside my home while I was out of town for a whole month thinking it would be ok since no one will be in the home & we no longer have a pet I arranged for my 18 year old daughter to be there to accompany the technician inside however he said he “didn’t have time”. I have cameras and saw he sat in his vehicle for 30+ minutes but didn’t have time….my daughter called me crying saying she felt so uncomfortable and that he was looking right into her bedroom window!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I had her lock the door and leave as soon as he left. As far as bugs, spiders nothing improved. In fact, things got worse. I specifically told them every single time that my shed was the main problem, but it was never properly addressed. Now, I’ll likely have to throw out everything stored in there which, yes, I should have checked earlier, but I wrongly assumed. I’ve documented over six months of consistent pest issues. This company is not effective, and the peace of mind they advertise is completely false. Having children in my home and seeing no results while being told the treatment is “safe” has left me frustrated, concerned, and honestly feeling scammed. I addressed the issues with Greenline in May the headaches, the level of discomfort with the tech and my daughter, my kitten dying. They refused to cancel the contract. I was told in June to send in a doctors note it was sent June 23. I was still charged in August though I had not allowed them back on my property since APRIL. Way too many RED FLAGS with this company all around. I have every bit of proof from doctors notes, my cats euthanize report to the man watching my daughter thanks to my cameras. I will now be taking this to authorities now that I am out of this awful contract. You will pay around $2000.00 by the end of contract. Or pay a hefty fine to get out of it. Pest control is worth it as long as the product is safe, the company ensures your family’s safety. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Do your homework and choose a company that doesn’t rely on bribery reviews and short-term gimmicks.

I’m revising my previous review of Greenline due to several ongoing issues. First, credit where it’s due: all the field technicians I've interacted with were professional, respectful, and courteous. The phone reps were similarly helpful and polite when I've had to call for a repeat treatment or reschedule something. That said, the actual treatments didn’t really resolve my wasp problem. While they warned me the treatments might stir activity initially, the issue was never successfully addressed — even with interim treatments. The wasps would disappear temporarily, only to return weeks later. Since they don’t treat plants, the pests simply return to the home. Despite spending $600 for a year-long contract, the results were underwhelming. To make matters worse, they’ve now raised prices by 10% for a service that wasn’t effective to begin with. When I tried to cancel, the process was unnecessarily difficult. I emailed my request, but they insisted on a phone call and speaking to an Account Manager directly. After a lengthy conversation with the Account Manager, I was told they'd follow up with a field manager and get back to me with some options to fix the treatment concerns — then heard nothing. I had to chase this down again, repeat myself 2x on the call, and finally canceled out of frustration with the entire process. People are busy and don't always have time to chase something you should have proactively followed up on. Disappointing overall. The service quality has declined, and I can’t justify paying a premium for ineffective results and poor communication as of late.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Be very careful before signing anything with Greenline Pest Solutions. They lock you into a contract with a $279 cancellation fee if you cancel before a year is up. We had more mosquitoes this year than ever before without their so-called mosquito abatement. On top of that, we still had tons of wasps even after their treatments. One of the scheduled services was canceled because it was “too windy” — but they never bothered to reschedule it. When I called customer service, they acted like they couldn’t care less about fixing any of these issues. And when I finally decided to cancel, they had the nerve to suggest that someone else in my family take over the contract. Why on earth would I want to pass along such terrible service to someone else? Save yourself the headache, money, and frustration. There are much better pest control companies out there.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. They don’t fix your pest problem and they charge a lot of money and lock you into a contract. This is my second service visit. I still have so many bug problems. I have contacted their customer service team and they just brush my concerns off and then move my scheduled visit up to sooner to “fix” the problem. This time the tech was there for like a total of 10 minutes. He didn't address the issues that I had called and talked to 2 different reps about and they said they would pass the info along to the tech doing the service. I also now have a mouse inside my house for the first time in the 2 years I have lived there and I have more spiders than ever. After the first visit they said wait 2 weeks to see results. Two weeks later there were still ants everywhere and I tried calling and texting them and the tech who did my service initially and no response from anyone for weeks. So much for a guarantee of their work! This is a joke.

I had my home and property serviced a several weeks ago which was a great experience. I was told if I were to see any bugs and such after the 2 week mark, that I can call and have my home re-serviced for free. I called and scheduled another service visit. I let them know that I would not be home and to go through the back gate as all i needed to be serviced was the outdoors. We had a full dinner plate sized amount of ants just 2 feet away from our back sliding glass door so I needed this addressed as soon as possible. I was told that the person coming to service our home would just go through the back gate and they'd take care of it. I receive a call saying my home wasn't re-serviced due to me not being home. I told them the arrangement I previously coordinated and they mentioned they would get back to me. They never got back to me and now it is passed business hours (great tactic). I had such high hopes for this company but quickly, they have fallen short on their word through poor communication and poor customer service. Do not recommend. I wish we had stayed with our previous pest control company White Knight. They were always reliable and there with same day services whenever you need them.
