I canceled my membership 2 years ago and they keep billing me... ive spoken to them on a few occasions now and they will not provide a refund either. Time to submit a complaint with the BBB.
Does not work. Save your money. Flush $60 down toilet... basically same thing.
Effective product, poor customer service. I was a Pestie customer for ~2 years. The product worked great—we saw hardly any bugs (except for the 10 days before each next shipment arrives, so good timing there). Very pleased with how easy it was to apply. But when I decided to cancel (for reasons unrelated to effectiveness), Pestie made it unreasonably difficult. Their web portal has a "Manage Subscription" tab that doesn't actually allow you to manage your subscription in any way. I had to send them an email—only to get back one of those "oh we don't want to lose you, please tell us why, we won't grant your request just yet" replies. I thought customer service had progressed past that unprofessional stage. If you want cost-effective pest control that works, I still recommend Pestie. Just be prepared for a hassle when you're through. I hope this review and others like it will prompt the higher-ups to revise their customer service policies.
Company is very difficult to work with. Used it once last year, and frankly, the product didn't do much difference. I never subscribed. I never asked to reorder. I never asked to join a club. Here we are a year later and suddenly I see a charge on my debit card. One that I first I did not recognize. Low and behold, someone at the company decided to start me on a club membership subscription! I contacted company to recall the package and not deliver as this is a product that I did not order did not want. The customer service agent was rude and stated once product leaves their plant, they cannot recall it. which is, bull feathers. Logistics does have the ability to recall a package that has a tracking number from US Postal Service. I believe in this case this company is committing Consumer Fraud. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank and they will be investigating. I will be using the text messages with customer support as evidence of their lack of cooperation.
Pestie is a great product. Just as good as the expensive pest control sales bros but wayy cheaper and you can just do it yourself. the instructions are simple, clear, and easy to understand. The sprayer works great and we really don't see very many bugs after spraying. Highly recommended.
I’ve been using Pestie for 1.5 years and am so impressed by the effectiveness of the product. It has kept all the AZ desert bugs at bay and it’s so simple to apply. A huge bonus is the cost savings—literally hundreds of dollars per year. Highly recommended!

Has worked great for us. Honestly leaving this review to help their rating, because most low ratings seem to be people who don’t understand the product. This works as well as a professional sprayer at a lower price. I don’t get what people don’t get. I’m grateful for it.

Product didn't work, horrible customer service, didn't honor their warranty and only offered a partial refund, NOT RECOMMEND, buy from local pest control shop, it is the same products but cheaper.
