My sister s AC Compressor blew out. Trademark charged her 2600 dollars. They said there is a processing fee and a charge for cleaning up the mess. What good is it to have a warranty if you still have to pay 2600 dollars for repairs. Never heard of a 750 dollar processing fee and cleaning fee totaling 2600 dollars until now

I have been working with Trademark for two weeks to repair a shower. They have not tried to find the part I need and have been very unprofessional. Today, Eric yelled at me over the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and do not complete work as promised, then change stories when called on their lies.

I have Liberty Home Warranty, I paid them $80 to send someone to repair my electric issue in my house. After many attempts they sent Trademark Home Services and the tech fixed the issue and turned around and charged us AGAIN the service fee, this time $89. They were already to be paid from LHG Home Warranty but charged us still. I called for a refund and he said he'd look into it and call me MONDAY.. here it is Thursday and didn't call. I called him and he said they are busy, he'd do it later when he had time, it was my fault for paying it, and hung up on me. I'm NOT done with this place. I'll get my money, then I'm DONE... DO NOT USE TRADEMARK HOME SERVICES>>>>this comment is after their response, They refunded the money after this post not before. And that was after I called and the scheduling manager was very very rude and hung up on me telling me he would take care of it when he had time because they were shorthanded and he didn’t have time for me right now. So he brought this on himself.

We actually make more money on repairs than replacement, equipment is expensive and this is the reason for the higher cost. DO NOT use this company! I called Martin AC, because I had used them over the years and had no issues. This is a new owner and I was very dissatisfied with their service. I called them for a repair I needed before going out of town(replacing motor on circulation fan). The fan motor bracket broke a day later(while I'm out of town) and they wanted another $700 on top of the $825 I had just paid, in order to get my unit running. I ended up having to call someone else and pay $275. The initial repair was probably over priced, but I was leaving town and didn't have time to schedule someone else. This is a rental property and couldn't wait until I returned, so the tenants still ended up without air until I returned. My biggest issue isn't the money, it's that I think the technician should've known there could have been an issue with the bracket and didn't replace it, knowing if it broke I would need to have them come back out.

Trademark acquired the Hvac company that installed my system destroyed by Harvey. They were quick to respond to fix the installation problems and coil issues. The AC coils were caked with dust and were cleaned. The dust/dirt when cleaning the coils has now stopped up the AC drains and water is leaking into my bathroom. I phoned and left a message for Jason on the emergency line. That was around 10 this morning. Still I have not heard at 3:20. Poor service.

Just called this company and spoke with Jason for the FIRST TIME to schedule a regular maintenance check on my ac units, I was asked if there was anything wrong. I said no, just been in my new home about 3 years and wanted to check the freon and the units filter..He said sorry we are booked up with serious issues with AC units needing repairs and we won't be able to get to you for about 3 weeks, so I said ok that's fine..he still was being very discouraging about even scheduling me for just a "tune up" as he called it even though I was fine with scheduling 3 weeks out because this was just a "tune up". I told him your making me feel like you don't want to do service at my residence because it's not a high ticket service...he made it worse by saying we normally do those in the spring or fall, so sorry we can get to it..even though again, I stated i was fine with scheduling 3 weeks from now. I even explained that I was new to this after he made sure to explain to me when they actually do this service in the spring and fall ...Oh ok? What about in 3 weeks though?.. That was poor customer service and if this company is just worried about high ticket items I don't want them looking at my units anyway, before they make a small ticket a big one! BEWARE! Update; and response to Jason, Yes I did hang up on you before the back and for hot out of hand like it is now. You found all the excuses in the world to not book me when I said I was ok with booking in 3 weeks since you are soooooo busy and cant take new clients in season or not! But you seem to ignore that! And hit me with all your reasons of not booking me..2nd another 1 star review said you were very argumentative and I'm seeing that now on these reviews you are replying to are coming out to be true. I hung up with you before we even got to that point...this is my FIRST impression of you and your company..I couldn't even get to scheduling because you were in disbelief that I agreed to 3 weeks being ok, THATS when you started allllllllllllll of the discouraging reason you couldn't do service for me. Dont try to reply all technical just be honest and truthful you didn't want to do this small ticket item because if you did.....you would have just schedule me 3 weeks out with no problem since I was ok with it. Instead of using excuses, and then this review wouldn't have ever happened.

The heat index is 100 degrees. Our schedule is booked for the next few weeks. She was told this and also told we couldn’t book it for 3 weeks. We typically do complete tune ups in the pre season as we can’t control the weather and we could end up in these situations that we are completely booked up. She hung the phone up on us. We honestly don’t feel like we have to apologize as we have some techs out working until midnight serving people. We have hundreds of great reviews, please keep that in mind.<br><br>Thanks,<br>THS

Manager Jason is Argumentative and Assumptive . Easy to get in shouting matches with him. *Update (1 of 2): Notice how the business just responded to the complaint and proves my point. Instead of actually calling the customer to hear them out, make amends, or make things right, they go back to arguing by replying to online customer complaints with their own bias & assumptions. They're truly not customer focused* I waited (a long time like the service completion) over a week to speak to the owner William Alexander and was never called. Jason said he told the owner. It seems he and the owner feel customer issues waste their time to resolve. They seem to look down on customer issues and complaints. It’s disrespectful of individual customer needs ( i.e. I and their employee waited approximately over two hours in the cold for the other tech to come back). Because of that, my cold and sickness became worse. And it’s disrespectful of individual employees (even their own employee was upset that the other tech left with the truck to tend to another job in the middle of our job!) Jason Lies at times. He says one thing and then another happens. He said one issue was the heater size, but it was verified that it wasn’t. He repeatedly didn’t do what they say will do. He will ask about the customer issue not to resolve, listen or understand but to pick at and argue with. These experiences waste customers’ time, not to mention waiting for their 2 day install, waiting for a phone call from the owner, and waiting for an email response. They don’t seem to put customers first. The company didn’t respond to an email for insurance help request. James is often focusing on customer faults and assumptions instead of trying to resolve and offer customer service solutions. He Spends time babbling and focusing on problems. And he often puts words into customers’ mouth. I never said anything about money taken off. He never offered solutions, suggestions to make up for the lack of service. Instead, he only argued his point and company’s perspective, not about the customer. It’s disrespectful. He said he handles customer issues, but doesn’t resolve them and when he cannot/ is unwilling to resolve them, he doesn’t make them accepted at a higher level when a customer requests. It’s a Customer service failure. As a result of unpreparation of connection extension tools, I had to be without water for a day. I’m appreciative of them trying to make it happen, but do not appreciate the lack service and respect in my stated regards and their unwillingness to hear the customer out and make up for the holes in service that were experienced. And I do not appreciate their lack of appreciation of my patience and tolerance I put up as a customer. I won't give them the lowest rating for their initial effort. Lack of follow-up is a huge issue. *(Update 2 of 2) To this day I never received a call to apologize or work things out. After my review, I was emailed by the same generic business email address that never responded to me for over an week saying they were upper management (similar to another upset reviewer).  They ended up not even hearing my side and immediately arguing through email. I still remember and may not ever forget their shivering and upset apparently Hispanic/Arabic employee sitting out in the cold for nearly 2 hours on a busted microwave like a homeless man in front of my house waiting for his partner to pick them up, that left him in the middle of our job (ordered by management) to do another job late at night, after he long before completed his part and still needed his partner's help to finish our job. And like other reviewers, the tech was very nice during the install. After the level of stubbornness and arrogance seen in their follow-up, in which I've never seen, I'm now changing the review to one star.* As for the water heater quality, It can lose heat after a short time and you have to turn the knob to make the water hotter until it's the hottest you can turn it to, then you have no choice but to lose temperature heat.*

Customer called and needed a same day water heater install. We didn't have any availability for same day, but after making some scheduling moves we called him back to let him know we could help. We typically come to the home to verify the water heater size but in this case to save time the customer to provide a picture of the data plate so we could be sure of the size. I listened to the recorded call and the customer said "I know for sure it's a 40 gallon short". The call taker still asked for the picture and explained the suppliers will be closed when we arrive and we needed to be sure. The customer said he was sure about the size. We arrived and the water heater was a 40 gallon tall not a short. The waster heater wouldn't fit on the customers stand as it was the wrong size. We went and picked up a stand and assembled it for no additional charge. Because of the incorrect info we also needed to come back the next day to re-pipe the water connections on the water heater. This was done at no additional charge, despite not being our error. We are sorry this customer feels this way. We do feel we did our best in light of the situation we encountered. I would encourage people to look at the other reviews from this same customer for other companies.<br><br>Thanks,<br>THS

Trademark ruined our ceiling by cutting it up and putting screws in without my permission! I purchased over $3,900 in services which they did not complete properly and we can't get them to fix it for months! They are rude after they do the work and have ignored my calls and emails!
