This company is great! I used another company before that promised that only the outside needed to be treated so that no bugs got into the house but after almost 2 years, I can say I never felt they lived up to their promise. This company does! It is so easy to call them (Patricia has been fantastic!) and get on the schedule and all the techs have been very nice and interesting to talk to.

The pest control technicians have always been great—professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience with the office today was the opposite. The employee handling scheduling was sassy and unprofessional. It’s disappointing because the quality of the office staff doesn’t reflect the excellent service provided by the technicians.

We’ve used bullseye pest control plenty of times in the past and never had a problem. First time we restarted their services in over a year we had one technician. Everything seemed fine in the beginning when he went around the house and the outside to clean up, but when he finished the garage he suddenly became rude and condescending. He said and I quote “ you guys are very picky for asking to start somewhere first,” when he asked us where he should start first mind you. He proceeded to make some other comments and we requested he leave because he was extremely inappropriate. We will not be using their services from here on out.

0 star review for sure. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional service. This has happened twice. I tried to lodge a complaint but surprisingly enough customer service was just as bad. I would like to reach out to management but clearly they are not interested in learning how to treat customers

Adam is the best technician ever! We love them because he takes his time and he is so incredibly knowledgeable. He always stops to tell us how we can prevent something for happening or just do better for an area that needs attention. We have a new vanity that was installed in one of our bathrooms and for some reason around the pipes wasn’t sealed up. We had a couple of roaches which I’m horribly afraid of come in the house, but of course Adam treated everything and told us how to seal things up to prevent this in the future. Super knowledgeable! Super friendly and we love having Adam visit at our home. 🩷
