I called 9am this morning to set up my first treatment and they were able to come out and treat my home at 11am. Juan helped me understand the process of how pests get into the home and how their treatment works successfully. They have budget friendly plans and work with you to achieve the results you need. Cristian was my tech today and he was very thorough. He greeted me kindly and explained the process before starting so I knew what to expect. He paid great attention to detail and upon completion took the time to talk with me and answer the questions I had. Thank you Juan and Cristian! * One thing I want to note is I contacted and received estimates from 6 companies this morning and Xtermitech was the only one who didn't use predatory sales pitch or try to persuade me to book right away. They simply answered my questions, provided the quote and let me review and come to a decision on my own. Some of the companies continued to pressure me with "discounts" they could add if I booked today.

Cristian was super sweet and explained things really well!! He really took his time and ensured us that our pets safety was important as well. Juan is also very nice and explained everything very well over the phone, before we even scheduled, even though I had a million questions. I look forward to working with them and being quartly clients. I also love that they're a small business so that's a plus :)

We have been using Xtermitech for a while. He’s gotten rid of a bad roach infestation and termites for us at our old house. We use him now for preventative services and haven’t had any issues. Caleb is our usual tech, I like that he doesn’t have high turnover and it’s always the same guy. Caleb is great, courteous and helpful every time! He knows to lock our gates and always double checks. Awesome company. They provided great service and have some of the fairest prices around compared to their competitors. They were able to get Cristian out to the house the following day and he was great. Already seeing dead bugs everywhere outside so clearly treatment is working. Highly recommend them.
