Why do I have an infestation of spiders and ants crawling all up my house after this company has been to my house for service March 4th and its now March 27th! The spider infestation is so big the lawn guy had to call me outside and sit he NEVER seen one this big that on the ground moving the earth!!! Then this company has thw nerve to offer me a stronger chemical to use, ok...why wasn't you using it before...REALLY!!! Then to put the icing one the cake you have the nerve to tell me that I still

This company is terrible! They try to trap you in any way possible! First of all, they require an agreement which I’ll take accountability for not calling around before hand. Then when your agreement is up they still try to trap you for a little more money and want a 30 day notice like your switching jobs or moving out of a rental. Otherwise, they want to charge you for a less than 30 day fee which is the same price as the service itself. Do yourself a favor, avoid these people like the pla

Marcus did an amazing job and was very involved in letting me know what he was doing and why. I previously had another pest control company but they rarely contacted me to schedule service and I had to go out of my way to do it. White knight seems more involved and proactive will but a little pricier and more frequent as the last. Will update later as to how service goes moving forward
