SCAM ALERT Initially I thought these guys did a stellar job. Unfortunately, that was only true if you count what's visible from the ground. I paid a large sum of money for them to racoon-proof my attic - including repairing multiple holes under the eaves - and install a one-way door for my new tenant to see herself out. Yet somehow while inspecting the attic and up on the roof installing all of this, no one from the team bothered to mention (nor attempted to raccoon-proof) the gaping holes in said roof, one of which was large enough for a grown man to fit through. Thankfully a month or so later I finally saw water coming through the spot in the fascia where it had been collecting and rotted through - a spot I'd specifically asked the team about because from the ground I'd mistaken the dry water damage for claw marks - and was able to get a real roofer out to repair the damage.

This is a scam company and should be taken out of business. Please don’t waste your time and money going with this company. They technicians are liars and are out to sell out what does not work and then want to sell you another program . Jason came out and sold me a repellant for almost $700 does not work and today 8/2/25 a technician named Tyler want to sell me another program for almost $600. I asked for email of the owner, he said his name is DON HUDSON and he is not allowed to give his e-mail. Lack of confidence in servicing when you are avoiding giving information. I hope this company tot in hell and every known person in every of their locations avoid doing business with them. I am hoping for class action lawsuit against this scam of a company..

I recommend Wildlife X Team to safely remove wildlife from your property. Two holes appeared next to our foundation so I call them and they came out promptly to access the situation. They installed two one ways and left traps nearby. They came out when I contacted them that the trap had gone off. They ended up trapping an opossum and several squirrels which they relocated. After almost 2 weeks they removed the one ways and filled in the holes. We have not had a problem since.

I contacted Wildlife X Team and spoke to Daniel regarding hearing a bird in my attic. He came to my home the next morning, did a through investigation and took pictures of areas on my roof where rodents could make their way into my attic roof line. His employee made the repairs and took care of the situation the next day. I highly recommend Daniel and his company. They are not only very knowledgeable, their customer service is top notch!

Horrible experience!....please do not waste your money...after 2K I still have rodents in my attic....They also capped my chimney with a roof vent that is not building code...sloppy work ethic IMO...I have called and emailed many times for a refund.......no response...`I would never recommend this business to anyone....please use a business willing to earn the money they collect... Response: yes your email response got stuck in my spam..truth....but I emailed only after many many attempts by phone and texts that did not get answered or returned....and yes u then offered to come back out and try find my problem...because after all you did I still had a problem...but at that point I had already gone up the attic and set new traps and layed poison myself.....I did everything that you should have done but didnt have time to wait for you while the rats continue to cause damage...after giving you well over a month to remove the rats and it still was not done and paying over $2,000 I didnt think you had the skill set so there was no point of you returning....and yes I did call my credit card company and get 1200 back...I think it ws generous of me letting you keep $800...which you clearly did not earn...you also installed a chimney cap that was actually a roof vent that was not building code...of course you offered to replace but you should have never installed a plastic roof vent over any chimney to begin with....and yes my rodent problem is finally solved...only after my roofer found the issue....two huge holes in my house on both sides of a gutter....huge holes...after paying a company 2,000 there was not a reason why my roofer should have found....you should have...this was the issue the whole time...so as many things as you did to my house...those items were never the issue...its very clear this was the point of entry of the rodents....I have attached a picture of what my roofer found...no wonder you had to keep coming out and I was hearing noises....why did your company not find these holes after collecting $2,000? I know you asked me to take my review down but honestly/ethically I can not especially after seeing the huge holes I had that you never identified...

Wildlife X Team is a professional, courteous, and thorough company. We were very pleased with the service they provided and how quickly they resolved the issue. We highly recommend them.

Horrible service , try to charge my elderly grandma 4000 to put a door in the roof for the animal to get in out .Then rush us to sign paperwork If not I would lose the discount , are serious ?!? Military discount . Try to charge me 4000 before Christmas . No thank you . They were pushy and too aggressive. If your elderly don’t use them. Had to put money down and just get him to leave . Gave me my money back but are serious.

Joey came out and did a great inspection at our home. He took photos and advised on next steps. Would highly recommend because even with me being up front about not being ready to purchase services they still were very thorough and professional.

We have bats living on the roof. I love bats but know they can't stay. Everyone I talked with was awesome. Daniel came out for the consultation. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and was able to provide me with reasonable estimate. Alex came out yesterday and installed the one-way valve and sealed up the other creases and cracks they might try to get through. He completed the job efficiently and was very thorough. Alex is an asset to the wildlife x team. Great job! We appreciate you!

I highly recommend hiring this company!! I had an issue with a squirrel getting into my attic. They offered a one-way trap, had a rat wall installed and holes patched up near the roof. A lot of care and attention to detail was put into the work. You can’t even tell where the patches were installed which I appreciate. Daniel, Jesse, and Maria were the individuals that I worked with to get the work done and I’m grateful to them. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I had all questions answered. The technician that came and check all openings for rodents entering my attic, then sealed every one of them. He also replaced my garage door sealer and covered both bottoms of my garage frame and sprayed the metal plates with the exact same color as my garage frame. Very pleasant man, thoroughly appreciated his professional services. Highly recommended this company for rodent problems.

It's a great place, employees are friendly and helpful.

The good: Daniel (the owner) was very kind, very professional and super patient with us and took time to answer all of our questions. They did what they said they were going to do and they closed up all of the major entry points for rodents. The not so good: I was not super impressed with the carpenter. On the first day the team was out, one of the things they did was install metal flashing at the corners of my garage door. They were on their way out, and I noticed he had forgotten to do one of the doors. I mentioned it, and he acted super annoyed and didn't say a word, but to his credit, he did it. He also replaced the framing around my garage door and installed a new weather strip. As you can see in my pictures, the frame is already separating and the weather stripping has a noticeable gap on both sides. Sort of defeats the purpose. He also had us go get a sample of the paint to use for the garage, asked us for it so he could go get paint, and then used part of our sample without our permission. Then later when he was repairing and painting our chimney, he asked to use the rest of the sample. This rubbed me the wrong way because we were charged for paint, so why should we let him use our sample that we bought separately? He also left a piece of the old rotted out part of the chimney on the roof that is difficult for to get to. Another thing that bothered me is that during the process of going over the "after" photos, there were obvious areas that were discolored around the holes they had closed up. I asked about it and was told that those were areas that had been scratched at, but "weren't too bad." In my mind it seems like you would want to put metal up where there had been signs of attempted entry, but okay. I want to be fair, because they did do the job, but these services are not cheap, which is fine, but the level of professionalism and quality wasn't what I expected considering the cost.

I want to add my voice to the chorus of folks recommending Wildlife X! These good folks attached a "rat fence" to our existing fence in an effort to control an army of armadillos attracted to the extensive mulch in our backyard. So far, so good! Special recognition is accorded to Stefan who tirelessly worked in the unremitting heat to get this project "right."
