Joshua Kimball , hit the ground running, he sprayed for spiders and bugs, removed our wasp nests and fire ants , Joshua is very friendly and thorough.

Luis Villanueva with Urban Texas Pest control helped us with a ground hornet problem at one of our association pools. Not only did the company treat us fairly, offering a competitive price for a non-standard service like ground wasps, but they also performed promptly. We called with the concern on Thursday afternoon, and Luis was out at our property to address the situation first thing Friday morning. He performed the extermination at the site of concern, and identified a second nest we weren't previously aware of and treated that nest, too. He also promised that if the hornets continued to trouble us, they would follow up for a re-treatment. I was very satisfied with the professionalism, courtesy, and prompt service we experienced with Urban Texas Pest Control and Luis, and would call them in the future with any similar concerns.
