No showed and had me waiting around all afternoon. Never answers calls

Multiple hours late (no show) to service my home today. They have been extremely late every single time I've used them. I am tired of them wasting my entire day and having to get off from work since I have to be home to let them in. Garrett answers the phone 5% of the time. Just signed up for service with another company, because this is not what I'm looking for. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere!

U.S. Pest got rid of my skunk problem! Garrett's great & made me feel comfortable that they could catch the little guy with zero harm to him! Garrett assured the skunk would be released back into the wild, far away from my home!

If you dont want any ants I highly recommend

They showed up when they were supposed to - but watch out for their pricing. I was quoted $75, but then charged $85 plus a $30 trip charge.

Will & Jason did an excellent job spraying my house and yard for ants and general bug extermination. They were professional and explained what they were doing and why, and were on time. Very friendly and helpful, and Candi was able to schedule them the next day from when I called. They are affordable and honest, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs an exterminator. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I had to give 5 stars and highly recommend this company because of the outstanding customer service I received from Candy. She was knowledgeable about all my questions regarding WDI inspection for the VA, and even went out of her way to contact my loan officer directly to ensure they used the correct form. Back story: I had called multiple companies that had hundreds of positive reviews to get a WDI inspection for my VA home loan. Most of the people I spoke with had no knowledge of the forms they used for the report and if it would be accepted by the VA nor the type of inspection needed for the VA, and the one that did know required an additional charge to use a specific form. Luckily, I came across US Pest whom provided all information needed and quoted me the cheapest WDI inspection and an appointment window as early as the next day, where the other companies quoted a rate twice as much and at least 1 week for their next appointment opening. Home buying is stressful as it is, but Candy made this step easy and seamless, thank you!
