Had a one time pest control service a week and a half ago and still have pests in and around the house. Reached out and was told that this would require a new treatment and I would be recharged. Terrible customer service and a useless pest treatment

I have been having my pool "serviced" by this company for too long. I had various contractors working at my house who kept telling me that they were only there for 10 minutes every time. Now I am in need of new equipment, a pool draining and cleaning. Technician has not called me to discuss repairs. Customer Service has not followed up to address the lack of cleaning.

Simpl has been treating our home for quite a while now and I will tell you one of the most important things to me, including effective pest control, is being able to trust the technician in my home, in my wife's closet, around my children... The Simpl team checks all of the boxes for effective pest control and trust. They are professional, have a strong knowledge of how to treat even the most obscure minute bug details, and they are genuinely nice guys/gals. They do service weekly on my pool and it has been a nightmare for the most part!! I just sent an email requesting the Owner/Boss to call me because they claim to have just serviced my pool yesterday and my neighbor called me, telling me the water level is low in my pool and it it making noise. I hope I get the proper response and services I pay for moving forward or I am just going to switch companies. This is the last incident I will address with this company. It seems like they have people that work for them that are not committed to the company's vision or they just do not have the passion to serve and their job is just a paycheck. Based on the lack of consistent good services I have received from this company

We have been using Simpl for the past year for our pest control services! Their staff is professional and informative. The mosquito bucket repellent works wonders! Most recently we had bee hives in different areas of our front and back porch. Simpl came out and took care of the nests right away! Highly recommend for all your pest control needs!

My pool has been clear for a very long time now and I've not had to worry about the chemicals at all. The techs are on time, professional, and are always willing to answer my questions about the service they provide. They also give us advance notificaiton before they arrive so we can put up our yappy dog. I think I've been using Simpl for about 10 years now and can't imagine going to another company.
