I will never use this business, simply based on the fact that they have people going door to door and knocking, even though I have a No Soliciting sign on my door. They woke up my infant son, so I wish nothing but bad things for them. Extremely rude and inconsiderate.
Salesperson came to our house at 8:30pm tonight and it’s obviously dark out. I had gone outside to get something from my vehicle while he was coming up to our home. I told him firmly no thank you and he still continued with his pitch and kept trying to extend the conversation after I told him several times that we were not interested. No means no. I did not like this approach. Please be more respectful about time and consent.

I would love to know why one of your employees knocked on my door at 9:00 at night. Absolutely ridiculous. I could tell from my doorbell camera. Someone came to my door with your logo on a black sweatshirt.

When somebody passes TWO signs, saying no soliciting (because I work from home) the sales people ignores it & knocks anyways... I try telling him that i'm in the middle of a work meeting & cannot talk & my dogs are barking, I tried to give the paper back but he kept talking and I had to throw it on the floor and shut my door it disrespectful... Definitely will never give yall my business

Lack of respect and privacy from salesman. I have not 1 but 2 “NO SOLICITING” signs at my house, one by my entrance and another on my door… even with the signs clear as day, salesperson knocked and rang my doorbell 3 times. Upon opening the door, the man dismissed the fact that we have the “no soliciting” signs and that we were not interested in any kind of service. After my husband told him multiple times that we were not interested in any kind of pest control service, as we are happy with our current provider, the salesman awkwardly walked away. I understand people have to make a living, but please have some common decency and respect the “NO SOLICITING” signs as some of us are not interested in any kind of business sale/product.

Door to door salesman rang doorbell 3 times and knocked while I have a no soliciting sign on my door and on the path towards my house. And after I told him multiple times I’m not interested he kept going. Very unprofessional experience. Frustrating to hear him talk for 2 minutes while my family waits for me.

Sales guy harassed me at 8 pm at night to sign up for services. No means no unless you’re the Romex sales guy.
Hey, so I appreciate a salesman coming door to door to sell their product and make their money. Gotta pay the bills somehow. But when someone knocks on my door and rings doorbell incessantly, then gets told “no thank you” THREE times and they still push the product? Of course I’m going to close the door on them, there was NO stopping that kid. I did not need the middle finger as I closed the door either — as if I didn’t say “no thank you” those three times. Please teach your employees no means no and how to appropriately receive the message without a response.

I have a very visible "no soliciting" sign posted to my front door. I can't speak to their services, but reading comprehension must be lacking to knock 3x and launch into a sales pitch while ignoring my sign. I asked them twice to leave and assured them I'm not buying anything before finally just shutting the door. Not sure why companies would prefer knocking doors over running ads. Now I can guarantee i'll never use their services. Respect your prospects.

Aggressive High-Pressure Door-to-Door Sales & Total Lack of Respect A salesman named Ethan from Romex knocked on my door this evening pitching pest control services. I listened to the whole pitch and was open to the idea at first, but I told him I needed time to think it over, look at other options, and see if it fit my budget…I wasn’t expecting any surprise expenses that day. Instead of respecting that, he got extremely pushy. He kept insisting: “What is there to think about?? Let me have your business today right now.” He also kept bringing up how “all my neighbors bought the service” like that was supposed to convince me…I don’t care lol, and it felt like just another guilt trip tactic. I said no multiple times, explaining calmly that I like to compare offers and don’t make decisions on the spot. But he wouldn’t drop it. When I finally shut it down for good, he got annoyed, muttered “well I gotta fill my slot so have a good day,” and just walked off rudely. The interaction felt manipulative and desperate, like he was trying to force the sale rather than earn it. Even if it was a good service (and honestly, who knows?), I can’t respect a salesman who acts like that..ignoring clear boundaries, getting frustrated when you ask for time, throwing in fake neighbor stories, and guilting you with “fill my slot” nonsense. I know there’s always other options out there, and no legitimate company needs to strong-arm people at their front door to get business. This is a huge red flag for how the company probably handles customers overall. If they’re this aggressive upfront, imagine the pressure later on. Steer clear and go with a reputable local pest control provider that actually values your time and decisions. 1/5 stars. Would not recommend.
