From first correspondence to the service itself, it felt like Rat King Pest Control truly cared about our issues and were there to help. They were timely and quick, very happy with experience overall! If I could give them 6 stars I would!

They were the 3rd company we called and the only ones who actually took care of the problem. We paid two other companies and they couldn't get rid of the rats. I highly recommend their services. I wish I went to them first. Don't waste your time with anyone else, they took care of our problem right away. AND I paid the other companies more than he charged!

Rat King is PHENOMENAL! After calling two other companies that couldn’t come out for 5-7 days, Rat King was able to inspect my home the same day. They were thorough, honest, and efficient. Rather than try to sell me a service I did not need, they gave me their honest opinion on how this was a one time freak accident where a rat crawled through a pipe into an unused toilet. I highly recommend their services to anyone who suspects they may have rats in their home.

Rodger and his wife are among the best in the business. Roger diagnosed the problems in my house and rid my house of the rats almost immediately. He has come out to verify his effectiveness and the people that sent me to him said he is legendary in taking care of his customers. I have to agree!!! Once again they are super professional and if you go with anybody else you're making a big mistake. They are the real deal!!! I might also mention that they are well worth the money. The lowest price I was quoted was more than double what they ended up costing. I am receiving no compensation for writing this review. They have earned it!!! The following is an update: they clearly have demonstrated what service after the sale means!!! Roger and Carrie gave me quick and effective service long after they completed the work. They continue to do an outstanding job at reasonable prices!!! The person that referred me to them couldn't give them better recommendations either and they've been using them for several years!!! They are definitely the right choice!!!

After interviewing a handful of local providers, Roger stood out beyond measure with his attention to detail and general soulfulness. No cheesy sales pitches and he is very authentic, cares very much about the work that he does. The consumate professional. We feel very fortunate that he is helping us.

They each thoroughly explained to us the extermination process, the plans and results of the findings. I would highly recommend them to every resident or commercial property. Keri and Roger are great people to help solve rat problems. From the first day that Keri listened about the situation, she was empathetic to us and it was reflected in our appointment with Roger. Traps were set and managed periodically to make sure the rat issue was resolved. Roger is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions throughout the process. If I could give Roger and Keri 10 stars instead of 5, I would!!! We were dealing with a rat issue in our attic for months and were originally contracted with a different company who made attempts at trapping and exclusion that were ultimately unsuccessful. Roger came over, assessed our situation, and cured us of our rat problem in less than two weeks at half the cost. Roger is a wealth of knowledge who not only cares about his customers but educates on how to prevent future issues from occurring. In addition, communication has been outstanding - I always get a call or text back in a timely manner with a thoughtful reply. I wish there were enough words to express my gratitude to The Rat King! These folks are unmatched!!!

Great small business to support. Highly personalized expert service. Had a hidden, major mouse infestation. Roger has done a great job finding their hidey holes and targets the active locations. This was unfortunately a big job. But I am confident we are now winning the fight. Update: we have not had a mouse in the house for 6 months. All bait boxes remain full, untouched. Outside box empty...so we are keeping them at bay. I now get quarterly treatments
