Pro Defense Pest Control

It has been over 2 months since I signed up for a minor rodent infestation removal and elimination of entry points. This company sets out bait traps and does not take out dead rodents. They say they leave your attic and die in the outdoors. They put a bait trap in the attic, which is not advisable. They do not proactively communicate, but the consumer has to contact them every few weeks to schedule a check of the bait traps. 2 weeks ago I asked them to do the hardwire of entry points. They said they would have the owner contact me to do it, but I have not heard back. I have had to hire another company to do that important step.

Excellent service. We have used them for several years and they always do an excellent job. We had a problem with scorpions and Pro Defense significantly reduced the problem. We haven't seen a scorpion in the home in over a year! We are very satisfied with their service!

We live outside of the city about 13 miles so we have lots of scorpions, wasps, and other bugs but since we started s service we have seen very few and if we do they come back and retreat. We’ve received quarterly service for the entire perimeter of our home and inside our home/attic since Jan 2021. We are very pleased with the service and had never asked for them to return to retreat an area but one time we kept seeing wasps and they promptly came back and resprayed. While we see creepy crawlers from time to time they’re dead so we know the product is working. They are very responsive to any concerns and extremely friendly and professional

I called Pro Defense Pest Control after hearing something scurrying around in the attic. Turns out we have mice. They came out quickly and gave a great thorough assessment. They came out literally two days later to install the traps and explained remediation. Reliable and thorough. highly recommend.

We have used Pro Defense Pest Control for a couple of years now. We recently moved and noticed a wasp nest in our bathroom exhaust fan. Pro Defense Pest Control came out for no extra charge to help take care of the wasp nest and gave pointers on how to prevent them from coming back. They are always prompt when we call and the technicians are always kind and professional.
