Presto-X Pest Control

I don’t usually like writing bad reviews but I will today because I went into a 7-Eleven that your company had just treated so I can use the restroom and it reeks like someone sprayed an exterior chemical like Cyper TC in the bathroom and it was hard to breathe in there and now I’m lightheaded. I actually do pest control myself and know damn well that chemical should’ve never been sprayed in there. I can list the address to the 7-Eleven if needed.

Someone needs to teach their folks how stop signs work and what speed limits are.

Please tell your driver with plates ending 8681 to stop riding peoples bumpers and cutting in front of others on 35N near Walters exit. !!!! We are in traffic

Driving like a total jerk. Passing in passing cutting people off, driving like a real tool.

Having a broken leg sucks but you know what sucks worse? When people like this take up the only handicap spot in the area. If they’re too lazy to find parking, I can’t imagine how poor their service must be.

I had called and Tess or Jess answered and I was explaining my concern and he hung up on me after being rude, condescending, gaslit me into making it sound like I was the problem instead of helping. After I called back to speak with a manager I was bounced around and no answered after that. Honestly I wouldn’t want to continue doing business with this company due to how the poorly handle situations like this. Please avoid this company and find a local one they tend to be nicer and way more professional. I did after this situation and it was the best decision after I went to a local pest company.

Driving with my fammily down i35 south (Sunday @ 930pm) and a driver in a Presto-X truck with the license plate PXP-1036 was aggressively flashing lights and tail gating my vehicle. Weaving out of traffic cutting other cars off and going at least about 85 mph etc. I was going the speed limit and minding my own business. To think if this is the way their employees conduct themselves on the road I would never have one of them in my home. There needs to be a better training process.

This company has a contract for pest control in a hotel that I'm a guest in. They sent us letters to have everything moved out of closets, bathrooms, and bedrooms so that they can spray for insects. They were to come in on Monday 11-5 and Tuesday 11-16. They didn't show up on Monday. They didn't show up on Tuesday. And today (Wednesday) one person has finally shown up! He said they hope to be finished by Friday. So for at least three days, I have all of my things moved while I wait for them to show up. The management of this company is a joke!

I'm not sure if they do good pest work but I can tell you their drivers drive very recklessly and put people in danger on the road. In Austin
