Nu Way Pest Control

I have used Nuway at other (multifamily) properties in the past with no issues until recently. It seems their policies may be different from property to property, we do not receive responses in a timely manner, when we do receive a response it has nothing to do with the matter at hand, we have had to reschedule services several times, and more. These are several units being serviced at a time, so I'm not sure if there is a difference for private services, but I would not recommend for multifamily communities.

Although the gentlemen that come out are very nice and do an excellent job, I cannot say the same for the older man who called us for our service. It is true we had to reschedule our service a few times but we also have had 2 new born babies and older adult medical issues occur. The man we spoke to threatened to take us off the books and then said if we ever wanted to get back on the books he would charge us more. He was so rude and insensitive he made my mother cry. This is not how you keep customers and surely not the way to treat people. Extremely disappointing.

Nu Way was hired to remove raccoons from my attic. Each person I spoke with was professional and courteous. They arrived when they said they were going to, and got rid of the raccoons efficiently. Thanks, Nu Way!

Very honest company!

I first moved to San Antonio in December 1989 and Nu Way was the pest control service provider for my apartment complex. When we purchased our first home in 1994, I signed a contract with Nu Way to provide pest control services for our home. When we purchased our second and current home in 1997, we again contracted Nu Way to provide pest control services. As we have never had any other pest control service provider we cannot honestly compare them to any other company. However, what I can say is that for nearly 28 years we have had no reason to consider the services of another pest control company. Their service and pricing has been exceptional.

It's a great family owned business that knows each one of their client personally. Their service is impeccable. The technicians are friendly and it is just a pleasure to have them in our home and at our office.
