Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning

I caution anyone contracting Natures Own Chimney Cleaning for dampener repairs. I was charged $1500 to replace a Chimney cap and dampener system 3 years ago. I noticed a leak from my flue during the recent rain storm and suspect the leak has been there for some time. I spoke with the service rep at Natures Own Chimney who stated that all work is warrantied for only 1 year and there will be $150 service fee with additional tax along with an estimate for a repair.... Its important to note that the original chimney cap had never leaked for 30 years and now after only 3 years the replacement cap/dampener system needs repair already. As a homeowner I am at the loss with no recourse. I strongly encourage you to seek out a better company for dampener/chimney cap repairs that has a comprehensive warranty lasting longer than 1 year. If you are looking for simple chimney cleaning, Natures own will be able to service your flue with confidence. If you need more I strongly encourage you to seek out better options.

Nature's own always is timely and efficient, this last go around our technician was Bobby and he was great, had my chimney ready after a long season of winter fires and got way more lint out of my dryer ducts that I was expecting, and I was expecting a lot! XD Great service and prompt work as always, use them whenever I remember to schedule maintenance.

Pretty happy with the work done (general chimney cleaning and firebox repair). Provided ample pictures to document work and conditions. 2025 update - had them out for a chimney cleaning and also to clean out the dryer vents. They did a great job.

We hired Nature's Own for a chimney cleaning and repair plus dryer vent cleaning. Service exceeded our expectations, from the person who answered the phone, Heather, and then went the extra step of calling us back with the exact information we needed to proceed, to the technician, Zach, who arrived on time the next day and was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. His work quality was excellent, and we were delighted with the work performed. We have now used Nature's Own twice and will definitely use them again.

Had them service my chimney starting in 2021. Work wasn't completed till 2022 due to back order of items needed which I tried to be understanding of. However, numerous attempts needed to fix my cracked base in my fireplace as well as the cap. Not including the no shows/cancellations or coming and leaving without working on it. First cap was completely slanted and didn't sit right. Work finally finished after owner had to come and do the work himself, supposedly right. Here I am about a year later, it's storming outside and I can hear rain drops falling on the flue.... Save yourself the wasted money, don't use them for your chimney services.

Marcello was thorough and professional, and he did a good job of explaining his chimney repair estimate to someone unfamiliar with chimneys. Had two other chimney sweeps give us estimates, and in the end we booked Nature's Own for the job and requested to have Marcello be the tech assigned to do the work. Will update after my review after the work is done.

Marcello was great! He came in, cleaned my chimney and answered all my questions. Very professional and a great guy. It was a pleasure having him in my home.

Technician was professional, clean and was fast (too fast?). My only gripe is that I did not get photos of the inside flue, which is the reason I hired them. The pictures taken were of everything I can see already just standing in front of the fireplace, I was expecting more thorough documentation with a snake camera for the price, the tech just used their phone. Also, without the photos I have no proof the flue is actually clean since the technician was in and out in 15 minutes and I did not see them working.

Marcelo and Matthew did an excellent job on our chimney sweeping. They went the extra mile and did their duties in a polite and diligent manner. I highly recommend Natures Own for all your chimney and duct cleaning needs.

Had 8AM appointment, tech didn't arrive until 10AM. Inspection and cleaning of my chimney was sufficient. Altho, the tech mentioned that my chimney wasn't really dirty. I was shocked that the price for basic inspection and cleaning increased by nearly $100 from the previous year, and they gave me a bid of $650 for simple repairs that I can do myself for about $25 in supplies.

Marcello with Nature's Own did a great job replacing the firebox walls in my fireplace, which were cracked with age. He was fast and very knowledgeable when explaining the problem. He also taught me how to properly use the gas starter, which was something I didn't have previously. Excellent customer service, Marcello!
